Jack getting springlocked in the Springtrap-Gabriel-Chara-Cyn-InkDemon fusion (Ok we really need a name for that thing) and becoming Jacktrap.

Whenever I press the insert button it loads for a very long time and does nothing.

I’m not talking about fan games or rom hacks, I’m talking about bootleg games made by companies who either want to get a quick buck or want to provide an alternative to certain games, I was wondering if they counted as fanon.

Here I mean only the main prevention for all such pages - excessive comedy - since everything else depends only on the author. Can such characters have any chances to become NPEs? Say, if the character was a joke in the first half of the story, but in the second half he is perceived much more seriously, and his comedy either disappears or remains insignificant amount of them. Or where the character was comical at first, but at the same time had serious moments, and over time their seriousness can fade into the background. The first thing that came to mind is a Character specially created to be an Complete Monster. He has all the chances to become an IH, but at the same time, if he opens up later and is perceived more seriously, then he can potentially have a chance to acquire the NPE status.
