There's a link to a winrar file, that has an application for some reason.
I want to see if somebody will launch it.

Just Updated
OK, so @HourglassTheHybird , @VAVillain , @Tabbykitth07 , @DoughB101 , and even @Postuhenin , please let me make this clear. When you guys voted on that CM Removal proposal, I was planning to let these stories converge in the third intallments of the trilogies of those stories, as they provided the buildup to that point.
When I was whitelisted, I allowed the proposal power to get to my head. As time passed after I was removed from the whitelist, I started to think about those proposals, and when I look at the Removal proposal, I am flooded with regret.
It's true, that there needs to be lookouts for Badge of Honor characters. I have been in support of that idea.
Have a good day, everyone!!!
Dear everyone, I'm so sorry for headlining articles. If my main Aiwowk was blocked. This is my alternate account. Plus, My name is Eva on both Aiwowk and Aiwowkalt. I'm going to add new villains of FamilyFun to Villains Fanon Wiki. Stay safe.😊
his character is based off of hux.
He is also on animorphs fanon wiki.
He’s is a male and he’s the villains of doom and the fanmade character slay away camp and he’s and bad guy and his minions are all the same as him but there half zombie half cyborgs
So after some discussion and consideration, we thought it might be now time to update our rules regarding proposing candidates made by your own original works. While it wasn't a massive issue in the past, there have been several incidents in the past and now it seems to have become more present regarding our current proposals, and after some discussion, it is probably best for us to make this decision.
From this point on, proposers will not be able to either propose or vote on characters they had originally created. Author interference regarding candidates can either reek of Badge of Honor/Dishonor treatment (which we massively discourage), come off as incredibly biased, or cause potential other issues when said candidate is proposed.
We've literally had incidents where the authors just wrote and changed stories to make their villain sound as vile as possible to make sure they get approved for the CM status, authors proposing their characters several times to make sure that they got approved, and instances where it turns out the authors doesn't even exist and they propose CMs because they are that obsessed with getting a character who has a lock. And considering a few recent incidents, it feels needed to make this change.
We are not saying that your OCs won't be proposed; we are absolutely fine if they are proposed by a friend and perhaps you give them some help with details they may have missed, but we will not allow full on proposal collabs with the author as that'd basically be a loophole. Also, please do not go up to random people begging for you to propose your OCs; could easily come off the wrong way.
If you do propose one of your OCs from now on or vote on their proposals/removals, you will receive either a warning or depending on the case, we may have to consider your spot on the whitelist. There may be some changes in the future, especially regarding more trustworthy users, and we will let you know. Thank you.

From now on the terms "central antagonist" and "one-shot antagonist" are no longer part of this wiki's Antagonist Scale, and thus are no longer allowed to be used on any page.
Now, I imagine some of you will have some questions, so here's what I think are the questions many of you want to ask and my answer to them:
What are we going to use instead of "central antagonist"?
Instead of "central antagonist" use "secondary antagonist". If a page uses "central antagonist", change it to "secondary antagonist".
What if there was already a secondary antagonist in the work for which one of its pages uses "central antagonist"?
In that case it's very likely that either the secondary antagonist is actually a major one, or that you've got two secondary antagonists.
What are we going to use instead of "one-shot antagonist"?
Use minor instead, or simply write what role the character fulfills in the episode they appear into (for example: if the villain X appears only as the main antagonist of the episode Y in the series Z, write "X is the main antagonist of the episode Y in the series Z" or something like that).
Will the "one-shot" category be removed as well?
No. Unlike the label, the category is staying.
What if we don't want to give up these terms?
Then us admins will forcibly change them on your pages. Attempting to stop us from doing so will result in a block.
Over the last couple of weeks, we've noticed a quite frequent lack of voters on our Complete Monster proposals. This is quite a bit frustrating as we have proposals up quite regularly and at times, these proposals end up lasting long past their original due date because only one person has voted. It has become quite common for only two votes to be on a CM proposal, which is honestly kinda concerning in the long run regarding our criteria.
So we are making this announcement to ask for people who have 300 edits or over to please vote on our proposals, as we are starting to have an actual problem regarding being even able to have them continue as people aren't voting enough. We do not want to continue extending proposals constantly, let alone have a bunch of proposals with hardly any votes on them. Keep in mind, having 300 edits and voting can get you on our whitelist if you are considered reliable enough. Also do keep in mind, if you vote on a proposal, explain your reasoning for why you think said candidate does or does not count. And if you aren't eligable to vote yet, maybe this is a good time to start getting those edits in.
To keep up with CM proposals, you can click this link here to see who is currently being proposed. We do hope this announcement does help this current going issue, even if slightly, so if you took the time to read this, thank you.
What do ya think of it? Also first maybe watch the video "My name is Seven, and I'm doing the videos now!" on the Timimations YouTube channel.

For the longest time, these categories were considered two separate things. This however was merely due to a misconception. As such, from now on, the two shall be merged into a single category.
Hey everyone! A bit late to this announcement, but the Thanks Extension has been enabled on this wiki during the continued testing phase. You'll be seeing this extension in Recent Changes, and clicking the (thank) button will send the user a "thank you" notification for their edit. This can be disabled in your Preferences -> Notifications and uncheck "Someone thanks me for an edit I made".
If you come across any issues, please let me or the mods know. If things majorly break, let me know asap so I can pull the switch. And let me know what you think as well!
You can check out the thanks log for this wiki here, and you can read more about our technical updates here.
Good morning, afternoon or evening on Saturday I create my first proposal and it is Stem Cell, the abusive and cruel mother and I did not receive so much support I hope you read ''The World of Mitosis'' and if she can be approved or not, it is not mandatory have a nice day.
Recently, the administrative team on the Villains Fanon Wiki has noted a problem that has been getting worse and worse as of late, though it's most definitely not a new problem. Going to "Special Pages" and looking at the list of all the wiki's categories, it's unfortunately very easy to find user-created "franchise" categories that only have one or two articles in them, or are otherwise filled with very low-quality and low-effort pages, many of which are mostly blank pages made solely with the intent to fill category space.
Because of this, a temporary moratorium is being instated on user-created franchise categories while cleanup occurs. During this period, they can still be created with the permission of a moderator or an administrator, but from now on, the following rules must be followed in order for category creation to be approved:
There must be a minimum of 10 characters for each franchise category.
User-created categories can only be for specific franchises. With the exception of user categories (created with the "Original" template), all creator-based categories will be deleted on sight.
Franchise categories determined to have too many low-quality pages and/or pages that violate the VFW rules (e.g. pages that are only a paragraph long; pages that are mostly plagiarized from other sources; wall-of-text pages) will be deleted.
Adding characters to franchise categories when they have no relation whatsoever to the franchise itself will result in a penalty for category spam.
Also, please note that the last two rules will also apply to user-created "franchise" templates from now on due to a similar influx of low-quality templates, and if a template contains too many red links and not enough blue links, it will be deleted.
Thank you for taking the time to read this announcement, and we hope you continue to have a deliciously malicious time on this creepy wiki of awesome evil-doers. Happy trails! 😈
That's right! Now we have a decent evil family infobox! So remove the evil organizations infobox on the pages about families if you've used it and use the brand new evil family infobox!

Hello everyone!
I'm sure most of you have noticed the little site notice appearing on the wiki about the MediaWiki 1.39 update. I just wanted to give a little bit more information about it.
What's being updated? Mostly coding underneath the hood. There will be no major design changes. Consider it like replacing the battery of a car - the car will still be the same outwardly, but it just needs some updates underneath.
All Fandom wikis will be updating to MediaWiki 1.39 in the coming month. I don't have an exact timeline at this moment, but expect it to happen in mid-March or April. During the migration to 1.39, the wikis will be set in read-only mode. It shouldn't take more than 30 minutes (major wikis could need more hours). One week before migration, a banner will appear on communities to let you know the migration is scheduled. For one week after the migration, a similar banner to let users know the community is now on the new version.
Most importantly, if you experience any bugs after the move, please either report them to the admins (who will then forward them to me) or directly to me either on my message wall or Discord. We've done our best to squash and take note of any bugs in our testing phase, but any additional pokes would be greatly appreciated!
Please check out the help page on Community Central for a changelog and further information. ^^
Recently there have been way too many users making pages about real people and writing about real crimes they committed in real life. This wiki is for FICTIONAL villains only. I get it, there's plenty of people outside you think are bad, but don't make pages for them on this wiki, it's problematic.
Yes, you are still allowed to make pages about fictionalized versions of people, as long as it's historical figures, harmless parodies or self-inserts, but don't make pages about the actual person, it's against the rules.
Here are some examples of breaking this rule: Making a page about a youtuber you don't like while listing real crimes they did or making a page about a Roblox player that bullied you.
