"The Doctor" is one of the unlockable characters in the roguelike/RPG game JUAN and its expansions.
Information[]
The Doctor, or Doc, is an alternate personality of Franco, the main protagonist of the game. He is unlocked after defeating Misericorde with Franco for the first time. He starts with magnifying glass, a lens used to burn enemies or discovering patches of dirt through the game.
He is much speculated to be evil or at least psychopathic and maniacal. With a penchant for strangling small animals, touching women and even little girls, and generally being pretty psychopatic.
Also within the lore, it is heavily implied that The Doctor is the alter-ego who molested Franco's younger sister. And following the events of JUAN sequel Earthcraft´s Bad Route, he did the same to Sofi, another little girl.
Appearance[]
The Doctor looks the same as Franco, except that he wears round eyeglasses over his eyes and typically prefers to wear a dark navy blue labcoat with matching pants and black shoes with white soles. He also looks messy and ragged, with stitches and smudges all over him.

- The Doc’s labcoat can be seen as part of The Holder´s wardrobe, though much cleaner and without rags, and with a small pocket on the left side.
