The Abnormal King, also known as St. Al'Karsh, or simply Al'Karsh (real name ███████), is a powerful being in the universe of the Drawland Mythos. He is the ruler of the distant kingdom known as Al'Karsh, who wishes to spread his own tragedy so people can "join his kingdom".
History[]
Origins[]
The Abnormal King was once a regular king called ███████, who owned a kingdom named ███████. He was a proud king, but secretly malicious too. But he wasn't always like this; something was twisting his mind and he had no control over it whatsoever. Every now and again, he would often snag infants and give them offerings to the Red King. But one day during ████, he was caught by one of his guards. There, his head was chopped straight off, leaving him for dead. What would happen next was his transformation into the Abnormal King.
As he sunk below a shallow surface, he felt his body change drastically. This change would later give him abnormal powers and skills. Afterwards, he was dragged into the Abyss where he was met with the Red King; ███████'s lord. The Red King gave the Abnormal King a power he couldn't resist and therefore, the Abnormal King joined the tyrant on his quest on ending all life.
Al'Karsh's Ambassador and The Anguished Lord[]
The Abnormal King had finally finished building Al'Karsh in the span of 10 hours using his anomalous powers. And as soon as he was about to leave, he found two people; The Anguished Lord and the soon-to-be an ambassador. For an unknown reason, they all dropped to the floor, bowing before their lord.
The Abnormal King then saw them as "useful" beings in helping the Red King and appointed them their new roles. However, the Ambassador's case was much more harsh, as he would have to help the Abnormal King travel from place-to-place. The ambassador was more than willing to do so.
The Abnormal King's Tragedy[]
One day, the ambassador came to the Abnormal King to tell him some great news; he had created a hazard that would warn everyone about the latter himself. The Abnormal King sounded very impressed with the idea, and decided to use it himself. The way the hazard works went like this:
- Three or four people would star in a musical.
- The person playing the Abnormal King would be killed on-stage.
- The three or two remaining members would later go on to develop homicidal tendancies.
This area is still under construction.
Appearance[]
The Abnormal King seems to wear a crystal-blue bandaged body, almost similar to a king's outfit. Peering at the tears in his bangaded body, everything seems to be pitch-black, with the exception of white stars acting like eyes. Another thing to note is that his "cloak" actually acts like wings at times.
Sometimes, the Abnormal King can even carry a staff similar to his bangaded body colour.
Personality[]
The Abnormal King encompasses Cosmic Horror, so his newfound or true motivations and reasonings are beyond human comprehension. The reason for what his tragedy does is unknown, and the kingdom of Al'Karsh seems to be more of a mystery than the FleshWalls.
Powers and Abilities[]
The Abnormal King's true power is unknown, but according to The Anguished Lord, the ancient being known as Elementos could rival the Abnormal King, making him one of the most powerful beings in the multiverse.
He still cannot move by himself, so he must have his ambassador move him from place-to-place around the globe, and he can also apparently manifest in the real world with his tragedy.
Despite this, he is still weaker than the Red King.
Trivia[]
- The Abnormal King is based on the Hanged King, in terms of power scale. The only difference being the storyline.
- The kingdom of Al'Karsh is inspired by Alagadda, the Hanged King's city.
- Strangely enough, they are both technically cities.
- The Teledemon once (indirectly) spread the Abnormal King's tragedy through TVs, making it quicker for the Abnormal King to manifest much faster.
- The Powerful Beings Serving the Multiversal Gods believe that he, Jalkir, Lord Kymer, Nyarlathotep and the Red King are "The council of the Multiversal Gods".
- The Abnormal King is one of the five beings responsable for nearly all the events in Drawland. The others being Jalkir, Lord Kymer, the Red King and Nyarlathotep.
