Abusive Husband, or Abuser for short, is a major antagonist in the What If Extras, serving as the titular main antagonist of Chapter 7: What If an Abusive Husband Had a Criminal Record and this is based on a Tanabata Manga about wife getting revenge on her abusive husband for how he treated her.
Just like the video the chapter's based on, he's an abusive husband and father who abuses his family for sexist reasons due to hating how his son was born with asthma and even goes as far as to rape his own wife as well but just as the title says, this chapter has him being a fugitive who will get what he deserves.
Because of this, he's the archenemy of his ex-wife and her police friend.
Biography[]
Early Life[]
Unlike the manga dub video, this abuser's backstory is now revealed and it's shown that he used to have a lot of drinking parties with his former colleagues but then one of them couldn't always be there due to his wife needing his help with their sick child and eventually, he gave up hanging out with them.
However, the abuser never understood this nor did he want to but he instead selfishly blamed sick children for this reason and also blamed the mothers as well for giving birth to them, even developing a toxic and abusive mindset of "old hags" having "rotten amniotic fluid" and can't give birth to "good children."
When he got a family of his own but his first child was born with a condition, he snapped from this and decided to abuse his family via raping the wife while cheating on her as well and later on killing the child with a pillow before cruelly ditching her.
Unfortunately, he ended up doing this for a long time with other families that he's had but some of the ex-wives angrily reported him to the police and he became fugitive from this, causing him to go on the run.
Later on, he still meets the video's protagonist and even lures her in via hiding his true nature but this time, the What If series want him brought to justice and decided to give him a better karma.
What If an Abusive Husband Had a Criminal Record[]
In this chapter, it starts with the wife taking with her police friend about her marriage but when she shows him the photo, he grows concern due to having seen the guy's face and yet trying to assure her that it could be someone else that looks like him but he still decides to research him and see if it's the same guy.
Sadly, he ends up being correct as the Abuser still reveals his true nature via being disgusted by his son's asthma and deciding to take it out on his wife via beating her, raping her, and even cheating on her while selfishly thinking she should thank him for marrying her but unknown to him, she still gets fed up and plans on leaving him after sabotaging his stuff as revenge.
After that, she ends up leaving his house but has to wear something to cover her face, so he won't see her and yet unknowingly leaves her child with him on accident.
Later on, she eventually finds her police friend and when he notices her bruises, she tearfully warns him about what's happening and begs him to help her but she notices the folder in his arm and he also warns her too that he's got a criminal record on him for multiple accounts of abuse, rape, and even child murder.
Upon hearing this, she then remembers her child and gets worried for him but he assures her that he'll go save him, calling for backup along the way to the house and also warning them of the abuser's true nature while hoping that he's not too late to stop that abusive monster and save that child.
When they get to the house, they go to the front door and are enraged to see the abuser already showing his true nature via planning to kill his crying son with a pillow and abusive yelling at him to shut up before cruelly declaring this to be good night forever.
Wanting to save the kid, they angrily kick the door down and the officer informs the abuser that he's under arrest for his crimes but the abuser selfishly protests via claiming that he hadn't done anything wrong and even tries justifying his horrible actions only for the police to refuse to leave and realizing that they won't listen, he tries fighting them to escape but gets easily taken down due to his sloppy fighting via headbutt to the head.
As they're arresting him, the lead officer notices the child not breathing and wants an ambulance to be called but the abuser smugly hopes that the child died already, which angered the arresting officers that they already start reading the Miranda Rights but seem reluctant when doing so.
Fortunately, the child survived due to the paramedics arriving fast and giving him some breathing masks to survive.
In court, the whole jury was disgusted by the abuser's true nature but then his former colleagues also came and start to tell his possible motive for doing this.
After being done, they were all disgusted by such a selfish and pathetic motive while claiming that it just makes him a bad person from the start, much to his anger.
In the end, he lost the court case and he was sentenced to life in prison without parole while being permanently registered as a sex offender and would not be allowed women for a long time, even having to pay for damages, child support, and alimony.
Before he was taken away, he still shows his lack of remorse via complaining about this and trying to selfishly blame his now ex-wife for ruining his life and stuff, even vowing to never forgive her.
Disgusted by his lack of remorse, the judge angrily had him taken away to jail, also seeing him as a true monster.
In prison, he still has no remorse for what he's done and also refuses to accept his own faults but instead still selfishly blaming his innocent victims for what happened to them and still trying to justify his toxic mindset while blaming his former family and that officer for putting him in jail, vowing revenge on them for this but there's doubt that will ever happen.
What If The Hostess Intervened?[]
Just like his fellow Manga Dub Villains, he wasn't invited by Ultra-Tails to be recruited for the Destroyers of the Nations but would still be rejected by him out for disgust for his horrible crimes and the lack of remorse over them, although it can be implied that the guy is reaching a death penalty if many more child murders or multiple rapes he committed will come to light.
Personality[]
Just like the video, he acted like a sweet and charming man at first but when his son was born with asthma, he revealed his true nature as an abusive, neglectful, selfish, and deranged monster that also went as far as to cheat on his wife and even rape her, all of which is due to seeing her as an "old hag" with "rotten amniotic fluid" that can't give birth to "good children."
Even worse of all, he's now also a sadistic and psychotic murderer that has actually killed his past children for being born with a condition and cruelly ditched his ex-wives afterwards, even planning to do the same to his current family until the new police protagonist fortunately stopped him.
Other than that, even his motive for this is a selfish and petty one such as being bitter about a former colleague spending less time with a drinking group to take care of his own sick child with his wife, which this backstory only shows the abuser to have already been a delusional person or even an egotistical jerk that doesn't even care about family.
In the end, he still shows no remorse for his crimes and unfairly complains about his well-deserved arrest, choosing to selfishly blame others for his own faults and even vowing to never forgive those that caused his defeat to the point of vowing revenge on them but even he doesn't realize that might never happen due to his life sentence.

Trivia[]
- Just like some What If chapters about Manga Dub videos, the chapter's creator made this because the abuser was sadly not arrested in the canon video for what he did but still thought the karma of him being divorced and even getting his stuff sabotaged was actually very great to see, especially how he also can't get revenge due to a restraining order on him and yet thought the abuser should be grateful that he wasn't arrested or even registered as a rapist for life.
- Heck, the creator doesn't even blame the wife for wanting to marry him in the first place but instead blamed the abuser for being a horrible person and believed that the guy just merely manipulated her.
- And as for the new backstory, it's to both reveal a possible motive for his mindset and also to worry that he might have a secret criminal record of having done this with no doubt that he might be a child murderer.
- In real life, the abuser might also be on the verge of a death penalty if he really did kill a lot of children in the past because depending on how many he killed, he would still be charged with multiple accounts of infanticide and be sentenced to death for it because committing that crime counts as being a mass murderer and his motive for it would not be excused at all because even babies have rights and those who kill them would get into trouble.
