Achmed Zuri is the overarching antagonist of the Jurassic Operation: Apocalypse Time franchise, as well as the main antagonist of the Jurassic Operation: Nexus Fighters franchise. He is the supreme leader of a terrorist group from Pakistan named The One State, and is the one directing the plot of both trilogies: employing Edgar Maximal and creating The Infernosaurus Rex. During the "Nexus Fighters" trilogy, he serves as the main antagonist of the first book, and will return in the two upcoming sequel books.

Apocalypse Time[]
Book 1[]
He at first talks to Dr. Joseph Vortex who explains to him about how dinosaurs can be useful weapons for terrorism. Achmed agrees, but adds that it's on condition that at least 20,000 innocents are killed. He later talks to his employee, Edgar Maximal about his terrorist operations, and Edgar explains to him the benefits of a dinosaur attack on the enemies. Joseph later phones Achmed and tells him how succesful his tests on an army of ogallimimus were. However, the dinosaurs had escaped, and Zuri ordered him to get them back.
Book 3[]
He is seen near the end of the trilogy, watching Edgar's dead body as it lies on the ground. He picks up a formula which Edgar had in his pocket, and speaks to a few of his followers, stating that tommorow will be a new day, a new order and therefore also a new world. A police car then enters the scene, and the terrorists start attacking the car and fighting the cops.
Nexus Fighters[]
Book 1[]
Achmed then heads towards a research facility in Iraq, in which he and his army attack the researchers, and take over the facility. They create The Infernosaurus Rex, a dinosaur which is supposed to follow his orders and it has no redemption qualities. The Infernosaurus is bigger than The Brother Giganotosaurus. He later sends a squad with The Infernosaurus to attack in Capetown, South Africa. However, John Nermous has managed to kill most of the terrorists, and electrocute The Infernosaurus, thus imprisoning it. After John researched it's prisoner dinosaur, The Infernosaurus escaped, and under Achmed's control, it destroyed John's lab and then broke his house. John then built his own dinosaur army, as it went to attack The Infernosaurus and the terrorists, and these dinosaurs managed to kill The Infernosaurus and the other terrorists all during a massive battle in Capetown's center. Achmed Zuri then entered John's new lab, and destroyed it as the dino-saviors (the army of dinosaurs which John has mastered), have been burned to their deaths.
