Actual Satan, also known as The Devil or Black Doom is the overarching antagonist of SnapCube's Sonic the Hedgehog dubs, part of the Real-Time Fandub Games series.
He serves as the unseen overarching antagonist of Sonic Adventure 2 and the Limits of Man duology, an unseen antagonist in Sonic the Hedgehog (2006) and the Growth of an Industry and Sonic Riders and the Necessity of Change, and the main antagonist of Shadow the Hedgehog Goes to Hell.
He is the King of Hell who manipulates Shadow the Hedgehog into doing sin but is also hell-bent with retaining his spot as the de-facto leader of Hell. He is also partially the reason why Shadow was made, as Gerald Robotnik created Shadow in order to be his best friend (but really, he was made to prank the Devil). Throughout the video, he attempts to form a bond with Shadow and help him become a middle-manager in Hell, but by the time the video reaches the climax, he ultimately becomes Shadow’s enemy.
He is voiced by Scout Young, who also voiced Memphis Tennessee in Sonic the Hedgehog (2006) and the Growth of an Industry.
Personality[]
Actual Satan, also known as The Devil, is depicted as a funny, immature, and pathetic demon (Fallen Angel). He has an unhealthy parasocial relationship with Shadow the Hedgehog, whom the creation he specifically created by Professor Gerald Robotnik for being his only friend & the ultimate streamer. The Devil can manipulate the time (though not able to fully mastered it), gaslighting Shadow into becoming a manager in Hell and a streamer. He also deliberately screwing his own rules so he can have an excuse to spend time with Shadow. When The Devil starts having a mental breakdown, he starts badmouthing anybody, including Shadow, changing his voice tone abruptly, teleports his comet into the Earth, and then he starts whimpering to Shadow for being left in the dust, every single day, to further emphasize his parasocially obsessive tendencies.

- Black Doom's adaptational name change into The Devil/Satan is likely a reference of what archetype of Black Doom represented in the source material. Additionally, Black Doom's color scheme, shared with Shadow the Hedgehog, is predominantly red and black similar to The Devil.
