He is a strange virus that's created by Eggman which it's infected Sonic
Appearance[]
Afflicted.ME looks very similar to Sonic The Hedgehog, with his skin the same color, some blood on his head, and his eyes being two black dots.
Biography[]
Everything was normal, Sonic is taking a walk around Angel Island, destroying badniks until he found an Eggman bomb on the ground. Out of curiosity, Sonic tries to touch the bomb, which explodes and fills the entire field and infects Sonic with a virus, going through a place full of animal corpses that, after finding a lonely little flickie and the virus enters effect, causing Sonic's body and mind to warp, becoming Afflicted.ME and making a massacre of Flickies, beginning to behave as Sonic.exe.
Sonic tricks Tails, trying to throw him into the lava, but Tails manages to flee in time to Lava Reef, but his fate ends up being the same. Knuckles is killed as well and Afflicted.ME targets Mighty and Ray...

extreme mouth opening: Afflicted.ME can open its mouth to sizes beyond human possibilities
Transformation: He can transform parts of his body to help or scare the player.

Cloning: To trick Tails, he summons clones of himself.
