As Muzan's second in command and easily surpassing the Twelve Kizuki in power, and also it's creator she is merge with a Child like oni who appears to be more dangerous between her and Nikki together who muzan create by a fellow mistake and also is the main antagonist in the Twisted Reality which is the Sequels between Infinity Castle Arc and Final Mix.

When HATE begins to take control of her host, she begin to act more violent, psychotic, and brutal and progressively begin to lack self-control. Akuma may even become horrifically sadistic and have no remorse or regret for her actions; she also start to seem to enjoy mutilating and torturing others perversely and loves to hurt innocent people results of divoring them. An example of its cruelty was when HATE becomes more insane her voice becomes more demonic and sin alike
After becoming more communication it becomes intelligent along with Nikki who she has a Love/hate relationship towards her results of having a complicated but respect towards each other.
After muzan death akuma becomes more human and demonic alike due to the DNA of her previously hostess to develop a body of her own she becomes more wicked sinner deceitful due to becoming more independent and decide to take his title to rebuild his empire in her own image however she becomes very manipulation to Nikki from another alternative dimension due to her unconditional obsessed with gyutaro still and manipulate their feelings into one another and went to the lowest of changing the girls appearance and all to her sanity worse and selfishly killed ume in that universe despite she worked with her in the original timeline
Akuma also shows to be seductive tours Akaza by giving him confidence which she considers to show to be a yandere directly towards him and gyutaro who reference him as her senpai.
Despite of hurting Nikki she deeply felt bad for doing it and apologized to Nikki of killing her alternative ume and decided to help her find another ume to reunion and reunite with her family.
Very much like her Ancestor she has released relapse and lashes and shout at muzan and blame him for his failure and lashes out more at him for not finding the blue spider Lily and being scared of yorrichi.

After killing Ameila siblings for rebellious against Muzan and recapture Ameila to get even with her however she begins to become rebellions and trying hard to resist him however the results in her mind created to split versions of herself and sadly unfortunately locked away Amelia and created a childlike version of herself however he regretted unfortunately later of making her a child like stage but wanted her to become more of the opposite unknown to him he had created a mysterious creature call hate however hate completely appeared to Nikki of being gentle to her and wanted to help her to become strong and somehow started at first to become playful to her she decided to take the creature in of sympathy.
however both of them became unactive when splinters daughter Mikka came into the picture and was unactive for 14 years until miwa discovered the truth about her inheritance that the demon King lied to her of her entire life and turned against him results of getting her turn into a demonized snake and separated themselves from her but keep Karai in the progress.
However hate becomes somehow irritation with Nikki constantly physically the more it stays with her the more intelligent and dangerous it becomes.
The Entertainment District Arc[]
After muzan adopted daughter Mikka was turn into a hybrid snake Nikki became Fed up of being in second place and separated from her results of leaving her with her remaining host Karai while making hate stay activated for awhile by using her energy sources Nikki stayed in the entertainment distance along with her sister-in-law Daki and becomes more dangerous along with its fight with the demon slayers however the upper ranks siblings were defeated Leaving Nikki devastated.
Swordsmith village arc[]
After the deaths of the siblings announced by akaza who found out the demon slayers managed to defeat an upper rank muzan call the remaining upper ranks for a meaningful meeting to announce gyutaro defeat saying that his sister was responsible of his downfall due to his unconditional love towards her doma on the other hand apologizes to his master said that he was the one who introduce gyutaro to him and ask him how can he repay for this defeat punishment and ask to cut his eyes off muzan constantly tells them that he is disappointed of them having the amounts of their humanity and sent gyoko and hantengu to the swordsmith village meanwhile he becomes irritated by Nikki's complaining and manipulates her more by giving her gifts to shut her up however she noticed the demon uniform outfit wasn't directly towards her it was directly towards Mikka.
This constantly irritates her saying why he still shows affection to her and ask why won't he give her a hug and a kiss this cost her to activate her bankai with hate energy as hate comes to comfort her however unknown to her hate continues to develop emotions and feelings and mindset of her own
After the deaths of upper rank 4 and 5 muzan discovers from hantengu memories that nezuko is the first demon to survive the sunlight due to the blue spider Lily that he's been constantly searching for.

After leaving the original due to muzan death and being defeated timeline and Nikki erasing her existence of finding out the truth of the malicious scheme she would encounter Gyutaro again Whose life remains the same of abuse and discover his sister was dead at her arrival too late she decided to help him rebuild Twelve Kizuki of muzan legacy Immediately turn him into a demon again and giving him a better body figure.
after turning into a demon she explains about his origins in the original timeline where he was the true upper rank 6 and not daki where she shared the same position spot however he discovered his death in the canon timeline outrage of his alternative self death and agree to join forces with her however he was saddened to ask no female never took any quite interest of her however she mentioned Nikki who was madly in love with him and love him and ume Both Equally that he's finally becomes relief that female took an interest in him and love him under conditionally.
however he know and discovers other alternative universes and decided to allow akuma to got into nikki Alternative Self timeline to recruit and retrieve her while jumping in that universe she will kill his alternative counterpart sister and impersonating as her results of giving her bad choices and spitefully results of changing her into the monster she is now and damage and alter her sanity Results of forcing her to kill his alternative counterpart in a fit of rage.
nikki sadly found out that the alternative ume was killed by her alternative partner from another dimension and agreed partnership to help her find her true gyutaro which she found him after he test her skills and abilities as she completely decided to show her the well of the power sources where she completely has a relapse of becoming angry at muzan for failing not finding the blue spider Lily that she found and didn't possess tanjiro body as well they both decide to make Nikki go into Akaza timeline to corrupt his sanity worse results of history repeat itself of him losing his loved ones and making him snap which now he joined forces with them which gyutaro and akuma thanks Nikki for making him join the dark side.
