Alan Jackson, commonly known as AJ, is the main antagonist of the gacha horror miniseries, Lifetime Manafest. He is the abusive, psychopathic and sadistic father of Andy Jackson and the husband of Nancy Hansen, both of whom he has no love for. He was also a former military soldier who was known as the leader of The Yates, in which he would have many innocent people murdered in cold blood during the war.
He was voiced by XOBITES.
Biography[]
History[]
He used to be the Leader of a military civil war called, "The Yates". After his losing at the war, he starts making robots that would help his career. Unfortunately, that all change when he met Sarah Smith. After two years of being married to her, his son would be born, but he doesn't seem to care about his son at all when he was born. Four years later, he would create animatronics that would entertain, he said but to actually use them to stuff children inside of them.
Two months later, he abuses his wife and his five-year-old son, Andy. He would mock his wife for being a "mistake" and a "useless woman" and telling his son that he wished he was never born, and telling Andy he is a complete mistake. He would abuse his wife by kicking her, punching her, and slapping her, even going as far as to use anything he can use to beat her up.
One year later, his wife got sick, and he told lies about his past and why he got angry. By saying, "I'm sorry about what happened a year ago... I was just angry because my father would abuse my mom whenever he gets drunk and tell the same words that I said to you.... I wasn't mad at you... I still love you... and our son... I was just angry and couldn't control it...". She didn't believe for a minute, but later he forgave him, not knowing that he lied the entire story of his abusive father.
He gives his wife a cup of water to help her sickness, but the water was poisoned as he poisoned her. Sarah starts coughing and having nausea from the poison, later Alan told her about his lies and then beats her up with a metal baseball bat, then stabbing and choking her until she dies.
He drags her dead corpse into his room and stuffs her into an animatronic suit. Alan tells young Andy about his mother dying, saying that she died from her sickness when he actually killed her. One week later, when young Andy was sleeping, Alan carries Andy to a random home during a cold and raining night and abandons him there so he can get killed. Fortunately, a family of two found Young Little Andy (who is 6 years old at that time) outside in the rain, they take him inside their home and keep him until his real parents come and find him... Which didn't happen....
Lifetime Manafest[]
Around an unspecified amount of time after he lost the war, he would plan to start his own business, becoming the owner of Mana's Pizzeria. One by one, Alan would put himself into a costume would lure three kids into the Parts and Service room only to have all the three children killed before stuffing their bodies into the animatronics Mana the Clown, London the Lizard, and Paulie the Panda before having their memories wiped out, thus leaving the three children to suffer a fate worse than death by having them stuck possessing the animatronics.
Being aware that the souls of the three deceased children possessing the suits would try to haunt him for what he did to them, he would plan have his own son Andy, who looks identical to him, to work as a night guard while Alan fakes his own identity so that the souls of the ghost children would attack Andy instead, even trying to have the animatronics (such as Mana The Clown, London The Lizard, and Paulie The Panda) kill Andy as well.
However, after the three animatronics were not able to get herself to kill Andy (with Paulie the Panda refusing to ever kill Andy and sacrificing himself to protect Anne), Alan would kill the three of them, musing about how the three children would never be freed by him before planning to kill Anne and his own son Andy with his swords.
Alan would mock and insult Andy for wanting to protect Anne and would yell at Andy to not tell him what to do when the latter begs him not to kill her, all because Alan sees Anne as nothing more than a pathetic child who needs to die, before also scarring Andy. He would have Andy shoot him, only for Alan to show enjoyment of it and to keep provoking him by bringing up the lie that Andy's mother never loved him, saying that people will see Andy as the one who killed his father. Andy would disown Alan of being his father before decapitating the latter.
However, what Andy didn't know is that Alan had created an animatronic dummy of himself to trick Andy into thinking he killed him before attacking him from behind and break Andy's spine so he couldn't move before throwing Andy around to hurt him.
Alan would then attempt to attack Andy with an axe, only for Alan to briefly escape through a vent and seeing Mr. Autumns, who would be possessed by the three ghost children and would beg for Andy to help free them. Alan would proceed to attempt to kill Andy, only for Mr. Autumns to stop Alan from doing so, and the two go into a fight. Alan would attempt to burn the restaurant with Andy, Anne, and the ghost children inside to try to get away with his actions.
While being burned alive, Alan would mock the souls about his own death, not even caring that he is going to burn to death as he believes he'll finally be free. However, Alan would instead be briefly resurrected as a rotten corpse and runs to try to kill Andy with his axe. However, the souls would stop Alan and stab Alan in the back. Alan would knock Mr. Autumns down before forcing them down to the ground to try to kill them, giving Andy enough time to grab his father's axe and decapitate Alan, killing him and ending his horrible actions once and for all. After Alan had died, the spirits of the ghost children are finally free, making them able to rest and go to the afterlife.
While, Andy does adopt Anne and becomes her guardian afterwards (as Anne's parents both died in a car accident) and would both live as father and daughter. Andy would be left with serious trauma and having PTSD for the rest of his life, even after his abusive father's death.
Personality[]
He is a ruthless, cruel, calculated, manipulative, wrathful, violent, misogynistic, smug, heartless, and sadistic psychopath who has no care for his own family at all, even willing to severely abuse his own wife and his son Andy. He is even shown to not be against murdering his family either, as he would kill his own wife by poisoning, strangling and stabbing her to death before stuffing her body into an animatronic suit before burying it under his own home as of means to hide his horrible crimes. He also is shown to have no reason for killing Andy other than petty spite.
He even is shown to be dishonest too, as he lied that his wife Nancy Hansen died from a sickness, even though he had poisoned her to death, not showing any respect for her as he would stuff her body into an animatronic suit and burying it under his house. Another example of Alan's dishonesty is when he lies to Nancy about having a drunk father would abuse his mother, even though Alan's father never abused him, thus meaning that Alan had always been that way.
Alan would abuse his son be leaving him outside in the rain to make him risk getting sick and leaving out for dead, doing as much as he can to make his son's live as miserable as possible, even going as far as to mock about it. He is also shown to always had the urge to kill people and even relishes in the suffering he causes.
Despite being an owner of the Children's Entertainment Restaurant, Alan is also not above hurting other children, killing three children and having their bodies stuffed into animatronic suits before having the deceased children lose their memories of what happened. He is also aware that the souls of the three deceased children possessing the suits would try to haunt him, so he would decide to have his own son, who looks identical to him, to work as a night guard so that the souls of the ghost children would attack Andy instead, even trying to have the animatronics (such as Mana The Clown, London The Lizard, and Paulie The Panda) kill Andy as well.
He is also shown to be resourceful and willing to use tricks to take advantage of others, such as when he would fake his own death by creating an animatronic dummy to trick his son Andy into thinking that he actually killed him before breaking his son's back.
