He is voiced by Black Gryph0n himself, who was the singing voice of the canon Alastor in the Hazbin Hotel pilot only

Biography[]

UPSIDE DOWN[]

As a young child, Alastor was a newspaper boy, handing papers out to people and earning money. This made other people who had no money jealous, and they would pick on Alastor by taking his money and newspapers.

Alastor lived in New Orleans, Louisiana, where there was a major issue with crime, as well as the height of the Great Depression. He was the main target to be picked on by others, but his mother always assured him, that he would "turn the world upside down" with his smile.

He continued his job as a newspaper boy, and continued to be picked on and beat up, but would smile through it.

Fast-forward to his teens, Alastor now had the spirit, and smiled when he heard people say it. He would sing the lyrics to the song that was on his mother's radio "all day and night (and) through every fight." During this time, his parents had a domestic abuse relationship, with his father beating his mother.

During one of Alastor's daily shifts, he was offered a paid internship to be a radio host. He was shown around the station and took the job.

He ran back home to tell his mother the good news, but it wasn't a warm welcome. His mother was impaled by his father with a broken bottle. Strucken by rage, Alastor took an axe that was held on a display case and chopped his father to death while the radio was playing, all with a sadistic smile.

Since then, Alastor would continue his new job as a radio host, with a new desire to kill victims. He would also befriend Niffty after scaring off bullies picking on the latter. He then hangs the teeth of his first victim (his father), and the rest is history.

DAISIES[]

Alastor sneaks up on his next victim, who is ironically reading a newspaper about the missing people that Alastor killed. Alastor convinces the young man to follow him, encouraging him to smile more. In the woods, Alastor invites him into a cabin, where the man sees that Alastor has hung the teeth of his ten victims on his wall.

The man runs, but Alastor chases and catches up to him, killing him sadistically with an axe.

Alastor is then spotted by some hunters, who mistake him for a deer, and begin to shoot. Alastor tries to run, but gets shot in the head with a bullet and dies, getting sent to Hell.

INSANE[]

Alastor arrives in Hell, confused as to where he is, but understands and embraces his current situation. He states that the things he did when alive was just the beginning to his fun, and he plans on continuing his nature down in the underworld, stating that he now has the power to bathe everyone in "entertaining fire". He encounters a Sinner he recognizes from when he was alive, who is heavily implied to be one of his victims, and reminds him of all the "fun" they used to have together. He then asks the unfortunate Sinner whether demons bleed.

Personality[]

The same personality as canon Alastor, a charming sinister serial killer

Trivia[]

  • As well as this version, Black Gryph0n also provided the singing voice for the canon version of Alastor in the Hazbin Hotel pilot.
