Albedo is a major character in the fan-made alternate universe The Chaquetrix based on the Ben 10 franchise by Twitter user TrixTheAlien, being a supporting character in the Original Series arc and a major antagonist in the upcoming Ultimate Alien Force arcs.
She is the former assistant of Azmuth who, after coming to hate and resent him for wasting his vast intellect in merely perverted inventions, decides to recreate his greatest invention, the Chaquetrix. After finishing the device, however, it inadvertedly synchronized with the real one, which was in Ben Tennyson's possession, turning her into a Human who is practically indistinguishable from a female version of him.
Knowing that her transformation would be the target of mockery by her master, she decides to take matters into her own hands and escapes from the planet with two purposes in mind: Kill the user of the Chaquetrix and return to her Galvan form. However, since she could only find a defective ship, she clashlanded on Earth and remained stuck in there, forcing her to survive as a lowlife.

It's implied that her backstory is extremely similar to her mainstream counterpart, being a bright, albeit overly arrogant and ambitious, male Galvan scientist who came to work under Azmuth's wing. It is unknown whether she knew of Azmuth's perverted inventions then or if she only did so for the money or for simple admiration for his intelligence.

Regardless of the case, she eventually started to loathe the ways he was using his gifted intellect, believing that he was merely wasting them on lusty implements that helped no one. In a fit of rebellion, she secretly started to work on her own replica of his magnum opus, the Chaquetrix. However, when she finally finished the copy of the device, it synchronized to the real deal and turned her into a female doppelganger[1] of its current user, Ben Tennyson.
Ashamed and aware that her failure and the new form it brought to her would be the target of mockery among her fellow Galvans and especially her master, she managed to steal a defective ship to leave the planet to bring matters into her own hands. Because of the ship's defects, she crashlanded on Earth with no way out, which forced her to survive as a low-life; stealing from people, working underpaid jobs, etc.
Albedo would hatch a plan to murder Ben Tennyson, whom she blames of her condition and considers unworthy of wielding Galvan technology, and return to her Galvan form. However, eventually, she takes on a more neutral stance on his existence, even considering him a friend of sorts.
With enough time, Albedo would become accostumed to her new human life on Earth, away from the abuse she suffered back in Galvan Prime.

Powers and Abilities[]
- Genius-Level Intellect: Naturally, being a Galvan, she was born with an absurdly high intelligence which even rivals her former master, Azmuth.
- Mechanical Prowess: Albedo seems to excel at mechanical tasks specifically. In her time as a low-life, she was mainly hired as a mechanic and an engineer. Not to mention that she was even capable of creating her own replica of the Chaquetrix.
- Replica Chaquetrix: A "cheap copy" of the original and the responsible for her transformation. With it, she can summon male versions of Ben's aliens with their own separate consciousness. All of them have the personality of loyal minions towards her, and consider her their friend.
Trivia[]
- Before her proper reveal, she was the character with most fanon designs in the entire AU. So much so that her canonical character sheet was revealed before due time just to please the hype.
- Albedo was confirmed to be a transgender woman[2], which is reinforced given her status as a male Galvan-turned-female Human who accepted and embraced her new identity.
- In her character sheet, female pronouns are used when referring to her in the present and male pronouns when referring to her in the past.
