Lieutenant Aleksey Grigoryevich Dulnin (Russian: Алексей Григорьевич Дульнин, born April 21st, 1997) is a Russian soldier and separatist within the XNDUIW community, along with being one of several antagonists within the Eastern Front within the storyline as well. He is considered one of several commanders affiliated with the Russian Ground Forces within the community, along with being a suspected war criminal.
He works with infantry forces within the community, along with the fact that he is a confirmed war criminal. This becomes extremely important, considering that he has several forms of stolen equipment he had in his gear too. It wouldn't be a surprise if he would show his villainous acts within the community, as he would eventually report to Vladimir Putin and several other Russian kleptocrats within the community, as he voiced his support for separatists within occupied Ukraine under his own right in accords too. He is wanted by NATO and Ukrainian authorities, though he is most likely armed and extremely dangerous towards heroic personnel respectively too.
Biography[]
Dulnin was born on April 21st, 1997 in a small village within Russia, after the USSR collapsed, though he would eventually serve in the Russian Ground Forces since 2015. What became apparent within the community, is that he was known to engage in all sorts of villainous acts, considering that he showed increasingly hawkish and antagonistic views of the West simultaneously, after he enlisted into the Russian army. He would eventually be deployed to assist with Russian separatists within the community, as he would eventually be tasked with some other acts himself as well. This became extremely condemned within the international community, given that he would eventually appear upon the onset of the Russian Invasion of Ukraine in 2022.
As one of several minor villains within the XNDUIW community, he has engaged in all sorts of nefarious and illegal tasks and often participated in the already abusive and manipulative Russian prison system. It would become apparent, as he previously worked as a prison guard for one of these Russian penal colonies, considering that he was personally responsible for some of the more heinous roles within the community, considering that he exhibited propagandist and manipulative views, as he would show no guilt or remorse over his war crimes.

War crimes against civilians[]
He had psychopathic traits, as he would be able to blend into society quickly, and he was also suspected of targeting innocent civilians in war-torn areas with his weapons. This would become apparent, as he would eventually be implicated in the fact that he sexually assaulted and raped women under the orders of the Russian government, along with being accused of stalking and targeting women as a military personnel. After targeting and raping the victim, he would kill that given victim without any guilt or remorse, as he exhibited homicidal views within the community, along with the fact that he promoted Kremlin propaganda. What became apparent, was the fact that he would also be implicated in other war crimes, such as the kidnapping of children as he engaged in pedophilia under his own behalf as well.
Victims reported being beaten and abused by him, as he was allowed to shoot individuals who merely had a cellphone. He was provided shoot-to-kill orders issued by the senior-ranking officials of the Russian military, considering that he would be involved in the XNDUIW community to some extent. Asides from that, victims also faced emotional and physical scarring, as he would reportedly rape and sexually assault the victim throughout a great extent, considering that he had serial killer tendencies within the Russian military as he acted as a hitman within the community too. This would become apparent, as he was accused of various forms of heinous war crimes within the XNDUIW community, as he targeted civilians with no guilt or remorse as well.
Exploitation of human beings[]
Dubnin would engage in pedophilia on the Internet, as he was interested in luring children to kidnap under the orders of the Russian military through his work phone. He would exploit and manipulate children both in real-life and on the Internet. This became apparent, considering that he was accused of all sorts of heinous crimes, considering that he forced other people to work long hours, not hesitating to use torture against such individuals within the community. It would be a major concern, as the torture he gave out extended to raping and sexually assaulting victims as ordered by the Russian government. He would also subject victims to hard labor without any protective clothing, resulting in severe injuries towards victims as he would force affected individuals to work in the middle of the night.
He was accused of human rights abuses, especially that he would withhold food and water for his victims for days on end as some of his victims soiled themselves within the community because he did not allow access to a toilet. This would be apparent as an arrest warrant has been filed against him for these abuses, though he showed absolutely no guilt or remorse for his actions, making him a war criminal within the community. It would become extremely important, considering that he would eventually be sanctioned by the international community for these abuses simultaneously, especially becoming a task for heroes to kill or capture him.
