Alien X is the main antagonist of the fan-made alternate universe Analog Ben, also coloquially known as The Carnitrix, based on the Ben 10 franchise by TikTok user Canibal099.
It is the 10th and most powerful alien DNA sample in the Carnitrix, a savage and bloodthirsty version of a Celestialsapien combined with the DNA of the device’s creator Azmuth residing in himself. After the Carnitrix's user, Ben Tennyson, was cornered by the military, the watch turned him into Alien X, causing him to go haywire and destroy the universe and go to a killing spree to destroy the entire multiverse.
Personality[]
As it's usual with the savage samples from the Carnitrix, Alien X is a sadistic and sociopathic being who only seeks the destruction of all non-galvanic life. He seems to be the most conscious alien out of the 10 available samples in the Carnitrix. Not only did he manifest himself in Ben's mind before he developed the Alien Disorder, he's also capable of speech and reasoning beyond the need to kill life.
He's apparently aware of his status as a Celestialsapien and the limitations that come with that, which made him kill Serena and Bellicus to grant himself full access to his power and potential.

Background[]
It's unknown how Azmuth got his hands on Celestialsapien DNA given the fact that there's no Dr. Paradox in the Carnitrix timeline, but it can be assumed that Khyber or another one of his servants gave it to him.
After Azmuth obtained the DNA sample, he modified it with his own. It's heavily implied that this caused Azmuth (or at least a copy of him) to become Alien X's third personality.
At some point before Ben turned into him, Alien X erased Serena and Bellicus from existence, granting him full power over himself without needing to go through them first.
The Carnitrix[]
After Ben had killed his Grandpa Max and his cousin Gwen, he presumably ran away and became homeless. During this time, the Carnitrix would randomly detect other humans in the area and activate, making him go on killing sprees against his will. Eventually, the government had caught on to this and identified the source of the problem: Ben.
The military was quick to send an entire platoon against the boy, but as soon as they did, the Carnitrix detected all of them at once, turning him into the strongest alien available: Alien X. After transforming, Alien X's first course of action was to delete the entire universe all at once. Only his fellow Celestialsapiens were able to survive this event, who would later rebuild the universe years later.
Alien X wandered endlessly throughout the Omniverse, destroying every universe it came across, until it was finally stopped by the Ben 10K of the Prime Timeline destroying the Carnitrix.
Trivia[]
- Though not explicitly stated, it's heavily implied that Azmuth is the third personality of Alien X. Not only does the deletion of Serena and Bellicus imply a third personality besides Ben being present and conscious, it also implies that this third personality also has the same omnicidal values as Azmuth.
- It's also mentioned that Azmuth had mixed the Celestialsapien with his, but it's unknown if this had actually made any notable changes to Alien X or if this was a mere showcase of superiority.
- In the Alien Disorder arc, Azmuth shows up in Ben's nightmares which heavily implies that his consciousness is somewhere in the watch. In that same arc, Alien X, Ben's most important tormentor, is nowhere to be seen.
- It's also noted there's no Carnitrix version of Gray Matter.
- Much like the Reboot Alien X, he is also weaker than his main counterpart from the Classic Continuity.
