Alliterat is a major character in the animated series Dean and Daisy, and often the main focus of each episode's B-plot.

Background[]

Alliterat is the leader of a group of human-sized rodent creatures, though how he became the leader is unknown. His henchmen include Snarky and Puppet. He is usually the protagonist of an episode's subplot, though he occasionally stars as the main role in the main plot.

Personality[]

Despite believing that he is a profoundly evil being, Alliterat is actually incapable of doing anything actually bad. He appears to be very unintelligent and lacking in common sense. His "evil" or "naughty" deeds or goals throughout the series are often things that are trivial, or just a nuisance, such as pulling pranks and getting up to mischief. Sometimes he will try to do something evil, but do it in a ridiculous way, such as in the episode "Home Sick Home", where he attempts to steal all of the water in the world by filling up large containers with tap water.

Alliterat is also a very polite and friendly person. Whenever he kidnaps somebody, the "cell" he puts his prisoner in contains a colour television, its own luxurious bathroom, a selection of comic books and a relatively comfy bed. He also has a food menu which he gives to his prisoner, and feeds them well. The few times he actually does do something bad, he begins to feel really regretful for his actions. Occasionally, if the time calls for it, Alliterat will turn "good" and help the heroes save the day. He also has a naughty chair in his lair which he occasionally puts Snarky on.

Like his name suggests, Alliterat often speaks in alliteration. He also likes to speak in a loud, over-the-top accent. His main catchphrase is "It's time to talk about today's EX-TRE-MELY E-VIL scheme!", which is usually his first or second line in every episode.

Power and abilities[]

Although he rarely has to use it, Alliterat is shown to have a lot of physical strength. Despite being stupid, he is very good at problem solving, planning and coordination.

Relationships[]

Snarky[]

Although Alliterat enjoys the company of his second-in-comand minion, Snarky often gets embarrassed by his boss's stupidity, and will regularly work behind his back. If Alliterat catches Snarky doing anything he doesn't like, he will often punish him by making him sit on a naughty chair.

Puppet[]

Alliterat gets along well with his minion, Puppet - the two appear to have a owner-pet relationship. Puppet usually goes along with any of Alliterat's schemes, though she will on rare occasions go and do her own personal missions.

Dean and Daisy[]

Despite being the good guys, Alliterat has nothing against Daisy and Dean, and even helps them on multiple occasions. Dean often finds Alliterat to be a nuisance, whilst Daisy finds him to be funny but also fairly silly.
