Amaya Hagins is the minor antagonist of The Darkest Tale of Lorcan Darcy. She is Lorcan's best friend in Riverdale until she discovers that Lorcan had sex with her ex-boyfriend, Blaise Thatcher. She then wanted revenge on her for that by causing the school massacre with her new boyfriend, Asher. She serves as the main antagonist of The Darkest Tale of Lorcan Darcy - Part 2.
She is portrayed by Bella Thorne, who played Nina Patterson in the MTV series Scream, Allison in The Babysitter, Holly Viola in Netflix You Get Me and Madison Morgan in The DUFF.

When Lorcan returns to the school, she saw Amaya talking to Betty about Laura-Belle's number, Betty still thinks she was an anti-christ.
However, Amaya, reveals her true colors, reveals that Lorcan's a liar. Confused, Lorcan tries to understand what's going on, to which Hans reveals his matured plot to her, kill Lorcan and sent her daughter to a foster home, verbally abusing her in the process by pointing out how easy she done to her sister.
Lorcan remembering about she had bled when she was scraped by a piece of metal from the chemical lab, Lorcan grabs a shiv from the lab and whistles for her former friend. Amaya arrives and informs her that she truly did want to do good. Lorcan embraces her telling her that despite everything that everything that had transpired, she still believed that there was good within her as she readied the shiv. Unfortunately, Amaya caught on to what she was intending to do, and she grabs her arm. With a look of hurt on his face, Amaya activates her jetpack and flies her up into the air. She nimbly caresses her cheeks before Amaya lets her fall into the chemical plant's waste pond, and is swept through a pipe leading to the outside.
