The Ambusher is one of the Evil Roles in the Social Deduction Roblox game Flicker. They are one of the members of the Evil Team, and their goal is to survive and eliminate the Good Team.
Summary[]
The Ambusher is one of the henchmen of the Evil Team. They have the ability to kill, like the Murderer, but they can only kill Good Team members that have abilities that impact other alive players (Psychic/Spy, Medic, and Muffin Man). Like the other members, the Good Team, and the Clown, since the Ambusher is a role, their status, appearance, and gender can vary and depend upon the player's choice, and their backstory is generally ambiguous, but also varies depending on the character.
Mechanics[]
Because it is only available in a full-length, 15-player game, this role is distinct from the others and helps to balance gameplay with the role's functionality. You can select one player to watch each night. You will randomly attack one of the Good roles, such as Psychic, Spy, Medic, or Muffin Man, if their abilities target that person. All players who used an ability on the observed target—including the one you attacked—will find out your name at the end of the night. The Evil team gains another murderer in this capacity. It is impossible to watch the same person twice in a row. A Medic can stop the Ambusher's attack, and they can also be witched.
