A Rodian born to two politicians on Rodia, well, mother worked as a vote counter and father brought coffee to the mayor, but they considered themselves some tough-as-nails politicians anyway. When Anaconda completed all of his schools and college with honour, he was first selected as a governor of a small deserty and shitty land, but was later elected to represent his homeworld as a senator in the Multiverse Federation under the leadership of the President, Dexter Apeaclus. Unlike other senators, Farr refused to have aides on his staff, preferring to rule everything himself, alone. When Rodia came under attack by the Emperor of Outworld, Shao Kahn, it was easily conquered as it lost all 10 of the WWE tournaments it needed to win to defend itself against the invader. Shao killed most of Rodia's govt., but Anaconda managed to save his life when he told Shao of Apeaclus' secret military base and if Kahn finished him off, he would rule the planet.
After Shao's total takeover, Anaconda worked his senatorial career for him and Outworld, taunting planets and people plagued by Shao and goaded the Outworld Emperor to consume and takeover more and more planets and sadistically. Shao and his right-hand and General, Reiko, liked that in Anaconda and gave him tons of raises, making Anaconda quite wealthy. Farr's efforts and deeds acquainted him with the Netherworld sorcerer known as Quan Chi, who worked for the Fallen God, Shinnok, but him and Farr became good friends. Chi however, would manage to convince Farr in serving him and his Dark Lord instead of Shao and told him of his plan to attack and conquer Outworld. Anaconda listened carefully on the wicked plan and found out that another Rodian, the supposed bounty hunter from Outworld, Greedo Rodman, also worked for Shinnok, falsely pledging his allegiance to the purple planet.
Being friends with Chi, Farr grew close with Greedo as well and during Hell's attack on Outworld, Farr confronted his old ally, the adviser to Shao Kahn, Moon Kalamari and stabbed him in the heart with his Staff of Pa. After Shinnok killed Shao Kahn and took over Outworld, Farr served as his left-hand, right behind Quan Chi.
