Andross is a major antagonist from the Minecraft fanon franchise, serving as the main antagonist of the Vanem Cult arc.
He is a white-furry simian primate with a high intelligence that is consumed by the jealousy of the creative Minecraftians with an heroic nature and has sought to destroy them completely and prove that he was the creative Minecraftian, to the point of replacing his organic body by decapitation, turning into an immortal monkey head. He's also Herdol's master, an illager who serves as the oppressive leader of the Vanem Cult.
Personnality[]
Andross is undoubtedly known to be cruel and an extremely envious monkey with an obssession of seeing die some creative Minecraftian who have done important things by turning small and medium biomes into tourist and attractive places in the strict sense to prevent bad ideas taken by psychopaths eager for destruction and vandalism. He is known to be utterly insane, deranged and have sadistic tendencies and seeking to deceive the weak for his genocidal pleasures. He could be a fanatical mastermind imposing heresy and inquisition on innocents like some players.
However his weakness of Andross is his cerebellum containing his immortality and thus his arrogance. Because his only goal is to eradicate the creative Minecraftians until their extinctions and that his giant monkey head could live forever, since his brain was exposed after his facial destrucion. He also thinks of the Player could consider as the "worst artistic creators" of Minefield, forgetting the friendship on innocent people to splaisir evil so some players swear to avenge the fate of the creative Minecraftian.
He may be intolerant of failure because he orders Herdol to sacrifice some members of his cult for the punishment of his failure out of incompetence.
Appearance[]
Just like his original counterpart, Andross remains a giant monkey head adorned with a white fur adorned with a goatee and white eyebrows, his skin is dark beige and pustular with dark brown dark circles on his red eyes and pointed ears. He has hands resembling yellow gloves adorned with red buttons on his palms and five fingers on both hands (one thumb, one index finger, one middle finger, one ring finger and one little finger).
When his head was destroyed, his brain was revealed, leaving his eyes tied to his purple lightnings and cerebral tentacles, leaving behind his cerebellum that channels his immortality.
Biography[]
Past[]
Andross was originally a mortal and anthropomorphic monkey with brown fur and living in a jungle after being created by Notch thanks to the Cube of Creation (a legendary block who create living beings). But one day, he discovered a Minecraftian with a creative nature who feels proud of his finished work while waiting for the compliments of his audience. He sought to envy on creative Minecraftians seeking to do things to appreciate the world to defeat them. In order to continue his hatred against his enemies, he encounters an illager named Herdol who is actually the leader of the Vanem Cult, seeking to find an evil god. Andross decided to accept to become a god and his fellow illagers sacrifice him by first decapitating him and spilling a taste of immortality to transform his body sacrifice into dust and return him to his head decapitate by whitening his fur to enlarge his size and creating giant hands resembling yellow gloves adorned with a red button on each palm in order to live eternally from his own hatred.
The Vanem Cult arc[]
Herdol' terror[]
One night, Andross send a fleet of a fanatical Illagers cult named after the Cult of Venam (recognizable with the head of Andross) landed on a village town built on an island and Herdol began the crusade by massacring all the villagers without exceptions (by burning him at the stake), in order to increase the power of his master, Herdol manages to retrieve the idol of the golden fox and bring it back to the temple of Andross on Krystal's Island in order to make offerings to him in order to find other artifact which is nothing but the Cube of Creation to summon Andross in order to exterminate all the Minecraftian creators to pay them with their pride.
Rise of Andross[]
Later, upon arriving at the temple of Andross on the island of Scales, Herdol placed the Cube of Creation on the altar of the temple, summoning Andross by success. Andross ordered one of his cultists to hunt down some Minecrafters eager for creations without fail, waiting for the success of Andross and Herdol and prevent the Player from finding a cure to cure Minecrafters of the Andross pandemic.
Later, when one of the cultists failed to kill some new Minecraftians and finding a cure to cure Minecraftians from Andross' pandemic, Andross ordered Herdol to sacrifice him to punish him for his failure. Andross will wait for the success of his next plans to defeat his enemies (although they did nothing deceptive to Andross).
Symphony of madness[]
Andross created for Herdol a stick to channel a pandemic known as the Nintendophia on the Minecrafters so that he would be his slaves, but let the Player spare. Andross demonically sneers at his success to make the Minecraftians his slaves.
After the death of Herdol and the dissolution of the cult of Vanem by the genocide of the Illagers member of his cult after abortion cured the Minecraftians from the Nintendophobia, Andross has no worries and aiming for a solution to kill the Player.
End of a phobia[]
Since Herdol’s death and the dissolution of his cult, Andross found a plan on his temple located on the floating known as Krystal's Island to trap the Player to await his final confrontation.
Before the Player manages to put on the Rareware Elytra and find the Cube of Creation that Herdol hid, Andross throws his voice to signal the Player’s death, but the Player unexpectedly escapes alone thanks to the Elytra, escaping the destruction of Krystal's Island by the signal of Andross.
After escaping the destruction of Krystal's Island by Andross' signal, the Player hovers quietly in the air and threw the Cube of Creation to the Villagers for safety, but he was confronted by Andross to blame him the truth about the Player at the beginning of the final fight.
While fighting the Player, Andross throws donuts towards his enemy and tries to crush the Player by making him swallow it through his mouth, but luckily the Player shoots a dynamite into his mouth to save himself, causing Andross to misdigest and he shoots an arrow at Andross's right eye to blind him and give him time to attack his hands with a shot of arrows.
Once the Player manages to destroy Andross' left hand, Andross shoots electricity at the Player to electrocute him to death, but fortunately, the Player shoots an arrow at Andross' left eye to blind him again to destroy Andross's left hand in order to destroy it before firing the next lightning bolts and once Andross's right hand is destroyed.
Despite no longer having his hands, Andross became enraged and tried to swallow the Player by sucking him in to pay him for destroying his hands, but fortunately, the Player shot an arrow containing TNT in Andross's mouth to cause explosions in his jaws to have digestive problems, the Player aims at Andross's head by shooting him on the eyes, causing him to explode in pain starting from his mouth to his ears until his head explodes, causing him to show his brain.
After revealing his brain, the Player questions Andross about his envious hatred of Minecrafters and that he has proven that without the Cube of Creation, Minecraftians are nothing, but the Player may believe that Andross was wrong to make confusions, mad with rage at the Player's reason, Andross ordered the Player to say his prayers by shooting his eyes to pursue them, but thanks to his elytra, he dodges Andross's eyes and shoots him arrows to destroy Andross's eyes.
After destroying Andross's eyes, the Player rushes straight towards Andross to destroy the cerebellum which maintains Andross's immortality, the Player shoots a dozen arrows at the cerebellum, although his shots take effect, Andross teleports and begins to injure the Player with his brain tentacles, but the Player activates the propulsion to accelerate his speed to escape Andross's brain tentacles, the Player fired forty arrows at Andross's cerebellum (including in the same way as for the first time before he teleported) and once he fired fifty arrows at Andross' cerebellum, it exploded, causing Andross to scream in pain, causing him to explode and killing Andross in the process by the explosion, ending his reign of terror for good and causing the Player to be expelled back to his home due to the explosion that caused Andross' death.

- This is the third incarnation of Andross to be fanon, the first being that of A Fox in Space and the second is that of Star Fox Event Horizon.
- He is the second Minecraft antagonist to be appeared from Nintendo, the first being Bowser.
- He is the only character to appear in the Star Fox franchise.
- The fact that the genocidal movtivations of Andross on the Minecraftians are based on Envy, one of the Seven Deadly Sins.
- The final fight against the Player and Andross is very similar to the final fight of his original counterpart himself of the same name against Fox McCloud in Star Fox 64/Lylat Wars in the hard version.
- Unlike his original counterpart, this incarnation of Andross is based on jealousy and envy while his original counterpart is based on revenge.
- The final confrontation between Andross and the Player is very similar to Sly Cooper against Clockwerk in Sly Cooper and the Thievus Raccoonus.
- The way Andross attempts to suck the player in for destroying his hands is a reference to the final confrontation against Andross himself in Star Fox Adventures, in which Andross himself attempts to suck Fox and his Arwing a second time for destroying his hands. hands a second time until Falco rescues him to help him. Except that during the final confrontation, Andross tries to suck up the Player for destroying his hands until the Player defends himself by shooting an arrow with TNT at Andross to cause him digestive problems.
