Anthony Rare, more precisely known as Timeline 38 Anthony or Director Anthony, is the main antagonist of the Star World Wattpad story Star World: Damned. He is the director of Gacha Cinema Inc. who is infamous for making snuff movies out of Gacha videos for his own wealth and fame.
Once he received Elliot Dexter in his headquarters during a film festival, he offered him to have his movie produced by Gacha Cinema Inc., claimed to be the biggest production building of the film industry, which would reward Elliot with thousands of dollars and become rich. However, after his film was released at the festival, it was harshly booed and overwhelmingly hated by the town of Star World. Arrested by the police, Elliot is sentenced to death and nearly executed, only to share proof of the film company's dark secrets. This later results in Anthony's arrest and execution, as well as Gacha Cinema Inc.'s bankruptcy and closure.

Anthony Rare from Timeline 38 is largely different compared to his original counterpart, wearing a grey suit with red buttons, a white shirt and a black bowtie, as well as black pants and black shoes.
Biography[]
Having a very low career, Anthony wanted to become rich and gain fame by any means possible so he would become the best filmmaker on Earth. After a while of thinking, he decided to create his own film company, Gacha Cinema Inc. There, he started to produce successful movies, gathering actors and gaining a lot of money with them, without anyone realizing his secrets.
One day, one of his employees, a co-producer receives a well-known journalist, Marcos Carson, to take notes of the film company for potential interviews. Marcos is eventually scared when he notices several dead bodies and severed limbs in the actors' lounge, but he is convinced by the co-producer that they aren't real bodies and are in fact simple costumes. However, this was all an ambush, as Marcos was choked to death with an electric cable and thrown inside the lounge to be used for upcoming films.
After Marcos's death and "recruitement", Anthony decided to put more budget in his movies to make them more "perfected", gaining more fortune. Four months later, he invited 17 year old filmmaker Elliot Dexter inside his film company to have his test movie produced for the upcoming Candice Filona Film Festival. After watching the test movie, Anthony was impressed, but mentions how it could be more "perfect" if he spiced it up with more actors.
Eventually, after the film was produced, it caused widespread controversy due to the actors being actual dead bodies. Banned from the festival, Elliot was framed and arrested by the police, sentenced to death row. As he was awaiting his execution, he suddenly realizes Anthony's true colors, revealing to be the one who actually caused him to be in this situation. At the day of his execution, Elliot proclaimed his innocence and sent proof to the police, who are shocked of Anthony's snuff filming intentions. Now freed, Elliot went to Gacha Cinema Inc. to confront Anthony on the roof, where the two have a final battle, with the police below them. Not wanting to get arrested for his crimes, he resists against Elliot, only for him to drop Anthony off the roof and into the ground, causing severe injuries to the point he can only move via a wheelchair. Arrested by the police, he is executed two days later, ending his terror once and for all.
After Anthony's arrest, Gacha Cinema Inc. was sued for millions of dollars for snuff filming and illegal use of corpses for money, leading to their bankruptcy and making the film industry peaceful again.
