Approving (also known under his other names Endorsing, Permitting, Sycophant, Yes-Man, and other similar names) is a recurring villain, and the world's ultimate sycophant who approves of everything. And by that we mean EVERYTHING. The fact that he approves of everything, no matter how amoral, is what makes him a villain.
Appearance[]
Approving resembles a very sycophantic yes-man who'd be willing to agree with everything. He's got the perpetual happy approving smile on his face, and at least one of his hands always shows an approving gesture, either a thumbs-up gesture or OK hand gesture.
Personality[]
As his name implies, Approving approves of everything, regardless of what is presented to him. Should someone present to him something, and he'll approve of it in an instant. He had never ever denied or rejected anything; however, despite this, this doesn't give him any consistent loyalty — when he's presented with a new something that contradicts the previous thing he had approved off, and he'll forget the loyalty to said previous thing and will approve of a new thing.
Approving has no sense of right or wrong; the only thing he has in mind is to approve of stuff, no matter the consequences. As such, he can easily approve of some horrible stuff without any shred of guilt, such as murders, genocides, rapes, tortures, abuse, and any other kind of horrible thing you can think of. Even then, he can easily approve of countermeasures against such things.
One of the most dangerous traits of Approving is his unshakable charisma; whenever Approving approves, people become easily swayed by his approving influences and begin to approve whatever he approved as well. Only those who bear enough strength of will and refusal to be part of the masses can resist Approving's charming aura of approval.
