Arbitel Pilots, also called Arbitel Crew, are minor antagonists in the Date A Re:Live franchise. They appear as minor antagonists in the first and in the second season of the anime, Date A Re:Live. They were the pilots of the aircraft Arbatel of Deus.Ex.Machina Industries, that was in battle against Fraxinus of Ratatoskr organization above Arubi Island.

History[]

The pilots were chosen by Isaac Ray Peram Westcott to participate in the mission to capture the Spirit Tohka under the orders of Ellen Mira Mathers on Tenguu City.

They were soldiers who were also under orders from James A. Paddington and began the first battle between the DEM Industries and the Ratatoskr in history. They showed to be able to start the first battle of spacecraft and also showed enough to withstand firepower of Fraxinus.

Chapter 2[]

After a recent appearance where [Sovereign] and [Devil] appeared then the latter "went Lost", Marina followed Westcott's instructions to head for the control room and have Captain Paddington extend a request to the nearby units hunt down [Sovereign] in Tengu City. As the Arbitel was flying towards Tenguu City with its cloaking device active, Marina asks Paddington on the status regarding the systems of the ship. He explained that the systems are colored green, the capacity is optimal, and it's ready for any "worst-case scenario". Westcott even tells him that [Devil] might appear during the chaos that will ensue.

Chapter 3[]

As Tohka (currently nicknamed Mio due to having forgotten her real name at the time), was cutting down Wizards and Bandersnatch, Marina instructs Paddington to move the Arbitel closer and put up its defenses. She also has him transfer power back from the Bandernatch and have all fifty cnannels of Ashcroft Beta acivated to reinforce them.

This leads to Tohka's spirit wave tearing through parts of Tenguu City while the Arbitel's helm was safe thanks to the Territory. Having been feeling strained from the attack, Marina explained that the success of defense against Tohka's attacks was just about 50%.

One of the crew members requested Paddington to have the control room sector overloaded so they can use a power burst and have the Arbitel rush towards its contact point. James approves as they need to overpower Tohka at any cost.

"Mio" begins to feel pushed back thanks to James granting permission for the power burst which cracks Nahemah. However, all Bandersnatch units were no longer linked to the ship and now have an active autopilot.

After Ellen overpowered Tohka, she was about to kill her until Shido manages to stop the woman from killing his childhood friend and managed to fight back against her until he destroyed her CR-Unit, shocking everyone on the Arbitel crew which presumably includes Paddington.

Afterwards, Wescott arrives to retrieve Ellen as she loses consciousness from the beatings she took from Shido and warns him how much of an enemy the teenager made for his actions before the crew of the Artbitel retrieve the two villains and call back all Bandersnatch units before the ship retreats.
