Arcat is a minor antagonist of the My Hero Academia and Rising of the Shield Hero crossover fanfic King Explosion Murder the Shield Hero, serving as the major antagonist of chapter 11. He is a muscular Wolf beastman who leads the Scar Crafters, gang of money extortionists that terrorizes the small town of demi-humans.
Personality[]
Arcat is the sadistic bully who loves abusing his father's status of a sheriff to extort money from demi-humans, beating up and even murdering those who dare to fight back. He's also not above forcing others to sleep with him, which is shown when he offers Darnar to let his wife or one of his daughters to sleep with him in exchange for not paying the money for this month.
History[]
Arcat breaks into the tavern alongside his gang and orders its owner, Mole demi-human Darnar, to pay the protection payment, at the same time revealing to him that, due to the waves things have gotten more expensive, all of the rates are going up 40%. When Darnar protests that they can't pay it, he offers to "pay in 'alternative' ways" by giving him his wife or one of his daughters for the week. He then tries to claw the tavern owner's face before leaving, but was interrupted by Katsuki Bakugou who dumps boiling hot water on his back. Arcat tries to force Katsuki and his party to pay him 20 gold in exchange for him looking other way, only for the Shield Hero to tell him to "bite him". Interpretating his words literally, he bites his arm, but breaks his teeth. Infuriated by this, beastman attacks Katsuki, while his men attack Katsuki's party. During the battle the Shield Hero smashes Arcat's face at the table and blasts him outside the tavern. Defeated, wolf retreats with his men, but not before promising to return and avenge his humiliation.
Soon enough he returns with the rest of his gang, as well as his father and his men. Despite their efforts, Shield Hero and his party defeat them, with Katsuki personally smashing his head on his knee, further breaking wolf's jaw and blasting him in the face. After that Danmar finds the illustration of the Shield Hero's holy cardinal shield in Holy Shield Bible and realizes that Bakugu is the Shield Hero. Katsuki then lets the people do whatever they feel like to the extortionists, which led to citizens stoning all of them, including Arcat, to death.
