Ariel is the main protagonist of the 2025 Disney fan song "Queen of Two Worlds" by MythicTune. She is a vengeful mermaid who hates humanity after seemingly being spurned by Eric and plots to take over the surface world and rule both it and the ocean.
She was voiced by AI.
Biography[]
Ariel is born as the daughter of King Triton and Queen Athena of Atlantica. After her mother’s death in a ship collision, Triton becomes harshly protective, forbidding contact with the human world.
Despite this, Ariel grows curious about humans and collects their objects in a secret grotto. At sixteen, she encounters Prince Eric and rescues him during a storm, falling in love. However, when Triton discovers her grotto, he destroys it in anger. Devastated, Ariel makes a bargain with the exiled sea witch Ursula, trading her voice for a chance to become human.
On land, Ariel bonds with Eric, but Ursula sabotages her by disguising herself as “Vanessa” and using Ariel’s stolen voice to enchant him. Eric, bewitched, prepares to wed Vanessa. However, Vanessa gets him to marry him for real, and when this happens, Ariel is transformed back into a mermaid.
Angered, Ariel decides she hates humanity and plots to take over the surface world, saying she will no longer be part of humanity.
Personality[]
This version of Ariel is wrathful, bitter, and violent. What started as curiosity and a lust for adventure turned into hatred and warmongering after being heartbroken by something she did not understand.
