Personality[]
The God of Darkness started as a benevolent being, but after seeing the first war between the Oni and the Dragons, he loses hope in the free will system. He starts creating a whole new universe with tyranny as the only way to bring peace.
With the war between the Oni and the Dragons, he became disillusioned with the Universe. He becomes a cruel, ruthless, sadistic and manipulative entity. However, he is still honourable and merciful, this is shown in the first episode of the Final Season, after defeating the Ninja he spared them.
He is extremely manipulative, as he can manipulate the two Sages of Balance, and manipulate Ares and Vazog.
He can be shown to be remorseful. He was shown to sympathise with all the suffering of Lloyd and Cole. he is honourable as he accepts defeat when the Dark Gate is destroyed.
