Atel is a major antagonist in The Quest for the Six Crystals. He is the envious herald of Locust who seeks to obey him forever. He is the one of the three secondary antagonists of the third season and the final antagonist of the third season.
He was voiced by Dane DeHaan in the English version, Shouma Kai in the Japanese version and Şahan Gökbakar in the Turkish version.
History[]
He was originally a human who was abducted by the Spectral Men. 10 years later, he fights against the Spectral Men and becomes a minion to the tribe leader Latak. However, his hatred drove him to insanity, thus resulting him becoming a demon. He also betrays the tribe to the Knights of Doom.
Personality[]
He is completely loyal to his master Locust, as well as an honorable and envious sadist who desires nothing but revenge. He is also an selfish individual, who views himself as "the only one who will stand alone". He views Kolek as a worthy opponent. He is also lustful, who is obsessed with Locust. Even though he sees Locust as his "mentor", he serves Locust for his selfish reasons.
