Azarel is a hidden antagonist in the Pavor Visions story "Stolas" He is the father to Crypt and Stolas who are gonna become heir's to his throne, He however has menacing plans for them.
Biography[]
He a long time ago had two sons with his wife, the two owls that he raised would become heir's to the throne when he passed away. he taught his sons how to use a grimmoire to protect the humans that the gods observed, He was very knowledgeable when it came to human beings. He seemed nice on the surface, but Crypt his oldest son would find his journal entries where he had a goal to kill his sons.
While Azarel was asleep Crypt killed him in his sleep so he couldn't kill him and Stolas. Crypt would show Stolas the journal entry, This would change there view on him after they saw this.

- In original creek Mythology Azarel was a demon responsible for taking the souls of the deceased away from the body, this version of Azarel is diffrent as he is a owl, and doesn't take peoples souls away from them
- It's unknown what or where his wife is at, as she is never brought up again after the flashback.
