Azazel is the central antagonist of Annette's Unexpected Journey. Being the overarching antagonist of the Old Stories saga, the main antagonist of the Shadows of the Past Saga, and the central antagonist of the Legends of Annette Saga.
Azazel is a destructive deity who seeks to make the Multiverse anew in her image. And will do anything she can to see this through. Even if it means destroying countless lives in the process. She has no patience for those who defy her vision. And is zealous in her delusions and beliefs about her perfected Multiverse. Her disdain also skewed towards Annette for how immense of a trouble Annette has become for her plans. Annette having become Azazel's personal arch nemesis.
Appearance[]
Annette appears roughly human. With tan skin overall. Her irises though are pink and she has hair that appears black on one side and white on the other. And is curled into 2 pigtails. She wears a dark purple attire which is usually obscured underneath a black cloak she wears.
Personality[]
A notable aspect of Azazel is her immense zeal and ego. She sees her way as the best only. And will destroy those who refuse her will. In her eyes, life holds no regard to her. As all life must end for her perfected world. She also shows slight sadism in her destructive actions. She however is very calm and likes to plan things out.
Despite her sadism, she seems to show a sense of honor on occasions if she sees potential in a being. She mostly shows this to Annette. Who despite her rage towards, she seems to see almost alike to a sister. Or even like her past self.
In the past, Azazel was not as destructive as she is now. She used to be a force that fought for justice and protection. And was overall a very kind being. But witnessing conflict after conflict made her grow distasteful with how things were going. So she forsook those she protected with intent to create a perfect universe under her dominance.
Powers & Skills[]
Being a God or Godlike Entity at the least, Azazel is incredibly powerful. She Is able to bend reality on a whim. Such as conjuring malleable masses of energy to attack, or altering matter to her will. This comes in insanely handy for combat. And can be used to counter attacks or to attack.
Another deadly power she has is her dark magic. Over time, her magic has corrupted and tainted. And she wields that to the best of her ability. Creating devastating attacks.
In her final form, her deadliest power was noted. Temporal Omnipresence and Body Hopping. She could call forth an alternative body or even variant of herself to continue the fight even when her base body was destroyed. Making Azazel effectively immortal. It was only when she had been cut off from her control over the multiverse that she finally became mortal.
