Azmuth is the overarching antagonist of the fan-made alternate universe Analog Ben, also coloquially known as The Carnitrix, based on the Ben 10 franchise by TikTok user Canibal099.
This Azmuth isn't really a counterpart to the Prime Timeline Azmuth[2][3], but is instead a Galvan who happens to share his name. Unlike the original Azmuth who wanted to use The Omnitrix to help all beings in the universe grow close together, this Azmuth had an immense hatred for all of the other alien species except from his own, so he created a device that would him in his quest to bring eternal agony to the universe, and so he created The Carnitrix.

Not much is known about Azmuth's personality due to his small amount of screen time and elaboration, however it is left clear he's an extremely sadistic and xenophobic individual who sees every species in the universe outside of Galvans as inferior. His discrimination towards other species is so great that it's possibly greater than the Highbreed's.[4] Seeking for a way to exert domination over the rest of species in the galaxy, Azmuth devised a plan: he would eradicate every species he deemed unworthy of keeping alive, while enslaving the remaining species as a twisted sign of gratitude.
To perform such a plan he created a device that essentially creates eternal torture, the Carnitrix. Fortunately for the galaxy, Azmuth's plans were quickly discovered and he killed himself before he could finish the watch. However, before doing so, Azmuth had sent the device away to planet Earth, as he knew that humans had a malicious and egocentric nature and whoever caught the watch would cause pain either ways. In his suicide note, he even points out that he wanted to bring pain to the universe all along.
Azmuth has a cowardly side to his personality, as instead of opting to use the unfinished Carnitrix prototype on himself, he overdosed in his own medicine and killed himself to avoid a confrontation against Vilgax and Tetrax. It's implied that this was because he was aware of the flaws of the unfinished Carnitrix and the pain that it would bring him.
It is also evident that Azmuth had a god complex, as it's explicitly mentioned that he put some of his DNA into the Carnitrix's Celestialsapien sample.[5]As Alien X, he killed Serena and Bellicus, allowing him to have full control of the transformation.[6]

Azmuth's backstory isn't really explained or even hinted at by the author, leaving severe room for speculation. The fact that this version of Azmuth isn't even a counterpart to the original gives less point of reference as to what his origins are.
The Galvan developed a hatred for all other species except his own, quickly formulating a plan to eradicate those he deemed unworthy of keeping alive and enslaving those who were "beneficial" in his eyes. Though he was smart enough to figure out that he didn't have the brawns to do so alone, so he devised the Carnitrix, a device that would turn him into various savage versions of others species, presumably to add a tint of irony to his tyranny. In this time, he created an Exo-Suit to directly confront anyone who put themselves on his way.[7] Azmuth would also recruit like-minded people to help him with his plans only to betray them later down the line, as was the case of Khyber, who was the responsible for looking for DNA samples for the device.[8]
During this time, Azmuth would commit various experiments, one of them resulting in the creation of a sole artificial being which he called a "Galvanic Mechamorph". Fascinated by his characteristics, he scanned him to use his DNA to add it in the Carnitrix in the near future. The Mechamorph then escaped from Azmuth's lab, and was never seen again.[9] At around this time, he also became aware of the Highbreed and obtained a greater disdain for them than any other species. Somehow, he managed to wipe the whole species out by unspecified means, not before scanning their DNA for the Carnitrix.[10]
The Carnitrix[]
Years later, Azmuth would reach senility, requiring him to take medicine to even sustain himself[11], it was around this time that he successfully created his best and most dangerous invention, the Carnitrix, although it was only a prototype and it wasn't finished, it was functional and ready to be used. Unfortunately, as he was hoping to finish it properly and use it for himself, Vilgax & Tetrax, who in this universe are Plumbers and have caught on to Azmuth's plan, try to break into his lab.
Knowing that he was too old to use his exo-suit and defend himself, Azmuth decided to instead send the Carnitrix to a planet full with fragile and weak beings, Earth. Vilgax & Tetrax bursts into Azmuth's room causing an explosion that destroys the door, but it was too late, Azmuth had already killed himself using his medicine and he already sent the Carnitrix to earth, and he left a note before his death: "If i can't cause pain to the universe, someone else will".

- It is heavily implied that Azmuth "installed" his personality in the Carnitrix, as even when Ben was finally free of it, he had nightmares and visions of the people he killed, the Aliens, and even Azmuth himself despite never interacting with him.
- It's not fully confirmed that Azmuth has control over Alien X because of mixing his DNA with the sample or if this was a mere display of superiority, but seeing how Alien X requires outside DNA to have a third mind that could erase Serena and Bellicus, it's heavily implied that Azmuth is indeed the savage Alien X.
- Before a community QnA post in Twitter, it was unknown who had helped Azmuth gather DNA samples for the Carnitrix. Some speculated that he had done so through machines of sorts, some others even thought of a villainous version of Myaxx. The latter was half-confirmed with the inclusion of Khyber, who practically plays the same role as her.
