The B.R.E.X.I.T. Corporation is the main antagonistic faction of the 2021 TATNBTS reboot franchise.
They are an organisation founded by the Brexit Emperor, who have one goal in mind; take over the world. Eventually, the Brexit Lord betrayed the Emperor, and took over the corporation.
They serve as the main antagonistic faction of seasons 1, 5, 6, 7 and 9, the secondary antagonistic faction of seasons 2 and 10, and the central antagonistic faction of seasons 3 and 4. They also serve as the overarching antagonistic faction of TATNBTS: The Movie, TATNBTS: The Movie 2: Electric Boogaloo, TATNBTS: The Movie 3: Snake Eater and the secondary protagonistic faction of TATNBTS: The Movie 4: The End.

Brexit Emperor: The founder and former supreme leader of B.R.E.X.I.T., he is a tyrant who wants to rule the universe, though considering that B.R.E.X.I.T. has limited resources, this would be impossible. He is later overthrown and killed by the Brexit Lord.
Brexit Lord: The Brexit Lord is the second-in-command, and later supreme leader, of the B.R.E.X.I.T. Corporation. He is the arch-nemesis of Mr. Guy, the series’ main protagonist.
Ooga Booga Spooky Ghost Man: Ooga Booga is the false supreme leader of the organisation and Brexit Lord’s best friend. He later defects and leaves the organisation.
