Ba-Boom is a band of 3 mischievous Baboons who wear viking helmets and like to steal things off people. They are the sixth boss of Mission Quest.
History[]
After leaving St. Ives after getting the 5th Cobalt Star Shard, the blue Baboon stole the Cobalt Star and called in his 2 brothers and they taunted The RPG Gamer and his 8 friends. Who were angered to no end enough to engage them in battle. They battled the Baboons and after taking out 2 of them, the remaining Baboon called in the Spirits of the fallen Baboons. After a long fight, the Baboons were ultimately defeated and were punted into the sky. The RPG Gamer and his squad then reclaimed the Cobalt Star Shard and at this point only had one more piece to get.
Powers and Abilities[]
All 3 Baboons have the same attacks (some of the ones that don't give status effects have a chance of also giving POW-Down, DEF-Down, and SPEED-Down depending on the Baboon).
- Tree Swing = A Baboons will swing from a tree in the background. This can be countered with a Hammer.
- Roll = A Baboon will roll into it's target, this can be dodged with a Jump.
- Fireball Dunk = The Baboons will work up a massive fireball that can cause burn. This can be thrown back with a Hammer.
- Helmet Toss = A Baboon will sometimes toss it's Viking Helmet like a Boomerang. This can be countered with a Hammer leaving them helmetless for a few turns making them vulnerable to Jumps.
- Dive Bomb = A Baboon will occasionally jump in the air and dive bomb on it's target. This can be dodged with a jump. This attack can cause Heavy G.
- Banana Heal = A Baboon will pull out a Banana (or more) and heal itself or another Baboon. a single Banana heals 30 HP a 5-Banana Bunch heals 70 HP a 10-Banana Bunch heals 100 HP and a 20-Banana Bunch heals 200 HP.
- Stat Charge-Up: A Baboon may sometimes charge up itself or another Baboons stats the Blue one gives SPD-UP, the Green one gives DEF-UP, and the Red one gives POW-Up.
