Banban is the titular main antagonist of Little Elcho's Garten of Banban fanmade story, specifically being the main antagonist of Season 1, and the main protagonist of Season 2.
He is a kindergarten mascot of Banban's Kindergarten that takes care of the children. However, after Nabnab killed several children, he imprisons him and attempts to stop him from escaping the kindergarten while a young girl named Lily is helping Nabnab.
After the death of Banbaleena, he redeems himself and allows the group to leave the kindergarten. He is the on and off arch-enemy of Nabnab and Sheriff Toadster.
Roles[]
In Season 1, Banban serves as a minor character in "Memory", a supporting character-turned-main antagonist of "Loss Memory", one of the two main antagonists of "Nightmare" (along with Banbaleena), a major character in "Say Goodbye", a supporting character in "Freedom", a posthumous character in the first epilogue "Best Friend Forever", and the main protagonist of the second epilogue "And How is Banban...?".
In Season 2, he serves as the main protagonist of "Devil".

Season 1[]
Memory[]
Although he doesn't play any role in the episode, he is seen playing with the other kids alongside the other mascots, excluding Nabnab.
Loss Memory[]
Banban alongside Banbaleena is first seen restraining Nabnab, after he attempted to kill a young girl (who the former had memories of hanging out with). Nabnab is then locked in a jail cell, where he sees the other monsters as actual monsters.
Time passes, and Banban tortures Nabnab and prepares to sedate him, when suddenly the latter lunges at him knocking him out. When Nabnab reunites with the girl, Banban appears and kills the girl by shooting her with a pistol. Nabnab looks up and sees Banban and some other mascots watching in sadistic glee. Enraged, Nabnab lunges at Banban again, killing him along with the other mascots.
Nightmare[]
It is revealed that the events of "Loss Memory" were just a bad dream that the young girl had.
Banban appears again, about to attack the girl after she freed Nabnab. Suddenly, he is then slugged by Sheriff Toadster, who appears to tackle Banban, knocking him out. Sheriff then joins Nabnab and the girl, revealed to be named Lily. Later, Banban wakes up and ambushes Sheriff with an axe, only to miss and get mauled by Opila Bird.
Say Goodbye[]
Banban wakes up and sees Banbaleena, covered in blood. Banbaleena confronts him one last time, taking her least breath and died. After Lily, Nabnab, and Sheriff escape from Slow Seline, they are attacked by Stinger Flynn, who grabs Sheriff. Suddenly, Banban reappears, this time with Jumbo Josh, who attacks Stinger Flynn. Meanwhile, Lily and Nabnab confront Sheriff, who dies from the exhaustion.
Freedom[]
Jumbo Josh defeats Stinger Flynn, only to weaken and die from the exhaustion. Banban then appears towards Lily and Nabnab, telling them that they are allowed to leave, before waving goodbye to them.
And How is Banban...?[]
Banban is seen mourning Banbaleena's loss and her ghost can be seen confronting him.
Season 2[]
Devil[]
Banban is seen playing with two children, one being a boy and the other a girl. Suddenly, the girl throws a stone at Banban's head, knocking down one of his party hats, revealing a horn. This riles up Banban, who turns into his demon form and mutilates the girl by mauling her in the face as the boy watches in horror. Banban then snaps out of his state and apologizes to the boy before leaving. He looks down at himself with blood on his hands. When Banbaleena goes to see Banban, she is shocked when she finds out that Banban cut off one of his horns. Banbaleena tells him to not do it again, but Banban has some dark visions of the girl having to need her face get covered up from the attack.
Two hours later, Banban is all alone again and hopes that his instincts would stop. But later, it reveals that he killed several more children. Suddenly, a boy comes over and gives him his party hats, but Banban warns him that he'll have to leave, or he'll lose his mind again. But the boy says that he knows how to fix it. Suddenly, Nabnab and Nabnaleena appears behind the boy and prepares to attack, much to Banban's horror.
