~ BeeBag outlining his ambitions for ultimate power.
I will be whatever I need to be to secure the survival of my nation!
~ BeeBag ranting about Ninety9Wan and declaring himself the Nether's king.

BeeBag is the main antagonist of the Minecraft social experiment web series Minecraft Civilization Events created by MARCUSK.

He serves as the main antagonist of the Dimensions Event and Tiny Event, a major character in the Zombie Apocalypse Event, the main protagonist of the Nuclear Winter Event and the final antagonist of the Shipwreck Event.

He is a player who took part in the Dimension Event where he schemed to conquer the Nether and lead its civilization to victory against the other dimensions, a plot in which he succeeded with and would attempt numerous times again in subsequent events, puppeteering events from behind the scenes while amassing power for himself.

Despite being more of a neutral character in the Zombie Apocalypse Event and even possessing a far more more heroic role in the Nuclear Winter Event, such roles would never last and BeeBag would inevitably return to his accustomed role as a power-hungry dictator obsessed with dominating everyone.

He was portrayed by the Minecraft player of the same name.

Appearance[]

BeeBag's skin is a indescribable mishmash of sporadically placed textures littered across his player character. His face is red with green eyes and a smile, with his chest being pink and displaying a similar face in a dark, grayish blue. The back of his character presents his head and torso faces as photo-negative. The left side of his body is textured to look like stone bricks, with what remains of his head and the majority of his body covered in a glitched texture.

Personality[]

Bee, listen. I've teamed with you for the Dimension Event video, the Zombie Event video and now the Tiny Event video, and throughout all of it, you were just a dictator! I was only a soldier for your use!
~ wilding accurately summarizing BeeBag's character.

Merciless, ruthless and conniving to his core, BeeBag is a scheming manipulator who craves power at all costs and will do whatever he feels is necessary to achieve it solely for the sake of being powerful and winning the events he is placed in. BeeBag's first concern upon loading into any event he joins is obtaining power and authority, and has no hesitations with lying, destroying and killing to get what he wants. As wilding accurately put it during his stand-off with BeeBag in the Tiny Event, he is simply a dictator with no care for anyone other than himself and his ambitions to conquer the server. He regularly oppressed his subjects, attacked other players in his team and even when not in a leadership position, would flaunt his apparent superior leadership bids and refused to share valuable resources with other citizens.

BeeBag's character is defined by his selfishness. Whenever BeeBag is in a state of weakness or vulnerability, he will form temporary alliances with his enemies until they outlive their usefulness, prompting him to turn on them. In any case where BeeBag's life is on the line, he would happily abandon his teammates and leave them to potential death with zero hesitation, only being concerned with his own wellbeing. When surrounded by several players on the top of a tall building in the Nuclear Winter Event, BeeBag instantly hopped in a boat and launched himself off the building, leaving Tamer, his own teammate and rival, to die (although he managed to survive). Earlier in the same event, BeeBag located a hidden basement in a house stockpiled with food, allowing him to steal it all for himself and block off the hidden entrance, knowing it would result in the rest of his team starving to death, further showcasing how little BeeBag values anyone's life besides his own. BeeBag is so arrogant that he genuinely sees himself as the only person deserving of a leadership role, and although he justifies himself by claiming he doesn't want people being leader if they aren't worthy enough, it's clear he just doesn't want anyone but him in a position of authority so he has nothing stopping him from pursuing his own megalomaniacal ambitions for power and control.

In addition to his physical prowess, BeeBag is sickeningly intelligent and will start scheming as soon as he loads into a server. His first instincts whenever starting an event is to immediately hoard as much resources as he can. Owing to his lust for power, BeeBag will play the long game if the end result is power for himself. In the Tiny Event, he and wilding threatened GodFontaine into becoming their puppet leader and pretended to take subservient roles as her generals, fooling the rest of the Cellar Team into not seeing him as a leader.

Worse still, BeeBag is a horrible friend to most people who join his cause, using his allies as tools and expendable pawns to further his agenda despite their undying loyalty to him. BeeBag only ever saw his citizens as simply soldiers and possessed zero care for their wellbeing. Even wilding, BeeBag's consistent second-in-command and most loyal right-hand man, was nothing but a reliable tool he found useful to keep around and was enraged upon wilding fighting back against him for all his mistreatment and neglect of him.

Although he is good at masking his true intentions, BeeBag is a conqueror through-and-through, and will kill anyone who stands in his way. In the finale of the Shipwreck Event, BeeBag stormed the islands with his army of pirates, destroying everything that came in their path and slaughtering players indiscriminately with no hesitation.

However, for all his negative and corrupting attributes, BeeBag is capable of swallowing his pride and abandoning his desires for domination to assist other players in unifying against a common threat. During the Zombie Apocalypse Event, although BeeBag's foremost concern was obtaining power for himself, he understood that the biggest thing at stake was the survival of everyone in the world against the zombies that were threatening to exterminate all the players. BeeBag initially sought to overthrow Racechamp and assume his place as leader of the Yellow Team. However, Racechamp's willingness to hear him out and grant him a dual leadership position was enough to pacify BeeBag and make him abandon his plans for domination. In the Nuclear Winter Event, BeeBag once again sought to obtain power and the thoughts of rebelling against his own team crossed his mind frequently. However, part of him did genuinely want to ensure his team survived and made it to the helicopter to escape the city. When he saw Tamer being surrounded by members of the Nuclear Coalition, BeeBag, unwilling to let his teammate die, sprung into action and rescued Tamer, redeeming himself for previously leaving him behind to die and joining him in shooting down ish13c's helicopter in retaliation for his manipulation of the numerous teams.

Additionally, although he is usually a terrible ally in most situations, BeeBag isn't completely heartless. While he treated wilding with little care, he maintained a genuine friendship with SnowDK and attacked the players who killed her following her murder of three players, enraged that they had killed his friend. BeeBag also had a rare moment of compassion when he spoke at the funeral of techlo, a member of his team who sacrificed himself to kill a tank zombie, speaking of him with genuine respect.

Overall, BeeBag is a ruthless and power-hungry tyrant with little care for those around him and will almost always prioritize his own wellbeing and survival over everyone else, including his own teammates, and although he is willing to put his differences with his enemies and plans of domination aside to battle a greater threat, he will always return to villainy for nothing more than his own self-interests.

History[]

Dimension Event[]

Upon spawning in the Nether, BeeBag made a beeline to a nearby Bastion Remnant, infiltrating the structure and easily making his way to the central room filled with loot with no resistance from any mobs. Upon making it to the center, BeeBag mined all the gold and took all the loot in the chests for himself. By the time other players arrived to the bastion, BeeBag and the rest of the loot was long gone, with him having met up with another player, wilding, to discuss plans of dominating the Nether. With himself and wilding already equipped with diamond and gold armor, the duo had quickly become the most powerful and wealthy players in the Nether, heading off from the bastion to tour around the Nether and flaunt their riches to the rest of the players.

With the rest of the Nether civilians struggling to survive due to the scarcity of edible foods, BeeBag had been scaling a Nether Fortress to ally with another player named Aloyz69, whom he convinced to hand over his diamond chestplate, granting him full diamond armor and making him practically untouchable to the rest of the Nether civilians. While the rest of the civilians starved, BeeBag successfully hunted for hoglins to consume the porkchops they dropped, as well as raiding a second bastion.

While members of the communist Bunker Civilization began construction on structures to win the building competition, BeeBag and his friend SnowDK remained on the far side of the Nether to trade with piglins. Despite being far away from the other players, BeeBag was fearful of the prospect of potentially being assassinated, likely due to all the valuable gear he had on him. Despite this, he remained steadfast in his ambitions to obtain ultimate power and dominion over the Nether, and likely the rest of the server after winning the event. After returning, BeeBag launched a political campaign across the Nether to rally citizens to his cause. Upon reaching the headquarters of the Bunker Civilization, BeeBag was outraged by them worshipping another player he deemed a false prophet, murdering them with a lava bucket. Fortunately for BeeBag, his civilization won the building contest and began distributing the loot gained among each other. However, whilst everyone was distracted, SnowDK placed down a lava bucket to cause chaos, claiming the lives of three citizens. Although no one saw who placed the lava bucket, wilding blamed it on a player named poudmajik and BeeBag went along with the lie, persuading the Nether civilians to kill him. Eventually, however, the Bunker Civilization realised SnowDK was responsible for the killings and chased her down before killing her. Enraged, BeeBag attacked and killed a few of the players who killed SnowDK, wiping out the most elite members of the Bunker Civilization.

Running parallel to all of BeeBag's machinations was a player named Ninety9Wan successfully luring a stray chicken that had formerly been ridden by a baby zombie piglin into a pit so they could harvest its eggs and create more chickens for food, gaining massive approval from the other civilians. Because of this feat, Ninety9Wan was crowned the king of the Nether in the election phase, much to the displeasure of BeeBag and his followers. Planning on staging a coup to seize the power for himself and gain the protection X crown Ninety9Wan had, BeeBag and his followers enchanted their gear before marching up to Ninety9Wan, mocking him and holding him hostage whilst trying to get him to hand over his crown, stating that he wasn't running the Nether civilization effectively. Knowing he was outgunned, Ninety9Wan, in a final act of defiance, took off his crown and threw it into the lava below. Seething with rage, BeeBag spitefully ordered wilding to assassinate Ninety9Wan, killing him. With the subsequent death of the chicken Ninety9Wan had brought over at wilding's hands, BeeBag had destroyed the last remnants of the Bunker Civilization. Despite being called out by other members of his team, BeeBag defended his actions by stating it was essentially for the greater good of their civilization, and that he was trying to secure the Nether's protection instead of someone who's only accomplishment was bringing them a chicken.

After the Overworld and End leaders were elected, the portals bridging the gaps between their dimensions were opened, enabling each army to travel. In the Nether, BeeBag rallied his troops to climb aboard the Nether Fortress and take a defensive position in case of invaders. However, as they were severely lacking in supplies, BeeBag entered the portal and arrived in the Overworld to steal as much wheat as he could. As he did this, the Overworld and End factions were warring against each other and, feeling overconfident, BeeBag attempted to take out a few players, but was quickly outnumbered by the End players and retreated into the portal to the Nether.

Eventually, Phlow_—the leader of the Overworld civilization—entered the Nether and approached BeeBag, hoping to form an alliance so they could use their combined strength to wipe out the End's forces. However, BeeBad had different plans in mind, and as he played with the idea of allying with the Overworld to take on the End with Phlow, he announced that he would do it himself, placed down a bed and exploded it in an attempt to kill Phlow and his ally RealReeon, before commanding NojusOnTop to kill them both. Although BeeBag had Phlow cornered, the Overworld leader escaped with an elytra. RealReeon, however, was not so lucky, and fell to BeeBag's blade. Phlow managed to escape back to the Overworld, but BeeBag was too hesitant to travel out of fear of the End forces' might and the lack of food his forces had. Changing his plan, BeeBag rallied his troops into venturing to the End, likely to steal their resources. Shortly afterwards, Phlow entered the End and fought with BeeBag, but eventually requested he and BeeBag form a legitimate alliance to take out the End civilization, to which BeeBag reluctantly agreed. With the combined strength of the Nether and Overworld armies, they were able to wipe out the main military force of the End.

With Phlow and his teammates, JollyTinsel and Wekuet, being the only Overworld members left in the End, BeeBag held a military majority as he hadn't lost a single Nether player. To ensure his victory, he kicked out NojusOnTop from the coalition and engaged in combat with him, eventually killing him and wiping out the last remaining trace of the End army. With two extra players on his side, BeeBag shattered his alliance with the Overworld and charged at the last remaining Overworld players, focussing all his military power on Wekuet until he fell in battle. With only Phlow and Jolly remaining, BeeBag and his followers went after them, successfully killing Jolly. Now that Phlow was the last enemy standing, BeeBag decided that instead of just killing him with the full force of his followers, he would challenge Phlow to a duel between the two of them. After being reunited with his old crown, Phlow accepted the invitation to battle and engaged with BeeBag. The two dimensional leaders battled viciously until Phlow attempted to escape due to his low health, causing BeeBag to swiftly catch up to him and deal the killing blow, finishing off the Overworld civilization and leaving BeeBag and his followers the official winners of the Dimension Event as he celebrated their victory and conquest.

Tiny Event[]

After spawning into the Cellar Team, BeeBag instantly went out exploring to find the best loot, coming across a large diamond pickaxe resting on a crafting table with diamond blocked inside, giving him a massive loot advantage over the other residents. As BeeBag remained alone on the far side of the room, wilding—his right-hand man from the previous two events—approached him, explaining that because of their actions in the previous events, no one would vote for them as leader in the upcoming leadership election and proposed electing a puppet leader they could both control behind the scenes, which appealed to BeeBag as he agreed.

Meanwhile, the large enchantment table in the room contained a library filled with evokers that had spilled out into invading the rest of the room and summoning vexes. To win favor with the rest of the population, BeeBag and wilding staged an assault on the enchantment table and took out the evokers inside, as well as killing the remaining vexes. While the duo were praised for their actions, a player named GodFontaine warned other players of BeeBag and wilding, persuading them to not trust the duo or vote them into power due to their actions in the previous events. Upon hearing of GodFontaine's gossiping, BeeBag and wilding waited until she was alone to approach her. BeeBag began his proposition and wilding continued, explaining that if she didn't drop her gear and become their puppet leader to control behind the scenes, she would die where she stood and not be remembered by anyone. Under the threat of death, GodFontaine agreed.

Eventually, all the civilizations were instructed to take part in a building challenge in order to receive powerful loot as a reward. During the competition, wilding went around placing signs advertising GodFontaine's candidacy for leadership and BeeBag went into the furnace to kill magma cubes for XP. After winning the competition, BeeBag and wilding instructed the rest of the Cellar Team to not open the loot chests so they could sort through the various items. After collecting all the loot, they equally distributed the resources to the rest of the players, further establishing them as the players with the most control and wealth.

After the building competition, the election phase began. BeeBag and wilding knew they had no chance of winning the election, and so they did everything they could to make the population vote for GodFontaine by insulting the other candidates, her included. When GodFontaine stood up to speak, she successfully managed to win over the rest of the Cellar Team and gained the most votes, making her the apparent leader of the Cellar Team. Unbeknownst to the rest of the team, she was operating under the orders of BeeBag and wilding, whom she appointed as her "generals".

After the election phase, the rooms in the house were opened, allowing for the teams to wage war against each other. The Living Room Team went into the cellar where they were greeted by BeeBag and invited to come down with him and join the rest of his team. After a player named Rubriq attacked RYGUYKILLERSPY, BeeBag gathered all the Cellar Team players to attack the would-be assassin, chasing him down and eventually killing him to reaffirm their allegiance to the Living Room Team. With Rubriq's death, wilding brought the rest of the Cellar Team out of the cellar and into the main house where they attacked several Kitchen Team members. As the Kitchen Team took up a defensive position, BeeBag and wilding became the first players to charge into the kitchen and begin slaughtering their members. However, they were unprepared for how many Kitchen Team members were ready and waiting for them, firing upon them with bows alongside their Bedroom Team allies. As a result, BeeBag and wilding ordered their army to fall back while they stood their ground alongside SailorsBounty. Although heavily outnumbered, they and a select few other members went through with their assault. With their arsenal of TNT, the Cellar-Living Room Coalition looked to be coming out on top as they killed countless Bedroom and Kitchen Team members. BeeBag was able to push through the frontlines and forced the Kitchen-Bedroom Coalition to retreat to the central kitchen island. However, this manoeuvre allowed BeeBag and his allies to surround the island, preventing them from escaping as they launched their attack on the island, killing nearly the entirety of the Kitchen-Bedroom Coalition.

With the leaders of the Kitchen-Bedroom Coalition dead, BeeBag and wilding pilfered the crowns dropped by the leaders for themselves. Afterwards, the Cellar-Living Room Coalition set their sights on the Garden Team, who were mostly hidden in a tunnel below the kitchen, having witnessed the massacre earlier. BeeBag went alone to the garden to scout out for survivors and was quickly taken aback by the highly geared players remaining in the garden. With wilding on his way with the rest of the coalition, BeeBag and his army launched their offensive against the Garden Team in the hopes of taking out the netherrite-clad players, including NojusOnTop. Once on the ground, BeeBag was spotted by Nojus, who went toe-to-toe with BeeBag in a vicious fight. Panicking that he might actually be killed, BeeBag signalled for wilding to come to his aid with the rest of the coalition, who successfully chased Nojus away.

After learning that the last of the Kitchen-Bedroom Coalition were hiding on the roof, BeeBag and wilding instructed their forces to mine their way to the peak of the house and engage with the last of the Kitchen-Bedroom Coalition. Although they held their ground, BeeBag cunningly used ender pearls to teleport to his enemies and slay them. With his only main threat being Nojus, BeeBag commanded his army to attack him as they headed to the garden. However, despite outnumbering him, Nojus once again managed to escape. As this was happening, Leizurly and the remaining Garden Team members had made their way to the roof. Once alerted of this, BeeBag and wilding similarly made their way to the roof and engaged the Garden Team, with BeeBag successfully killing Leizurly and stealing his crown.

With Leizurly, the Garden Team and the Bedroom-Kitchen Coalition defeated, the Cellar-Living Room Coalition were essentially the victors. However, as he was congratulating his teammates, SailorsBounty referred to them as "comrades", sparking BeeBag to ask if they were communist, to which another member confirmed. This caused BeeBag to remember his main enemies from the Dimension Event; the Bunker Civilization, who was a strictly communist society that gave him a lot of trouble and cost him their crown. Realising he would now have to kill them, BeeBag readied himself to kill his former allies until wilding set off a bunch of TNT, instigating the conflict as the coalition was broken and the members of the Cellar and Living Room Teams began fighting each other. During the battle, wilding knocked Sailor off the roof where he presumably fell to his death. However, Sailor managed to survive by placing a water bucket and later met up with wilding and YellowTiger1130—a member of the Kitchen Team—to discuss getting rid of BeeBag as to ensure another dictator didn't win the event.

With the rest of the Living Room Team wiped out, BeeBag and his army located Nojus, who engaged with wilding in a 1v1, to which the latter came out on top. The last remaining player was just YellowTiger, who had emerged from hiding in the walls and was surrounded by the Cellar Team. Although BeeBag planned to execute him, YellowTiger had one request before he died: reading the bible he had created for his religion of Doorseiden, named after his axolotl. As he surrendered and brought them to the Kitchen Team's clubhouse where they took a seat and listened to YellowTiger read the bible. After concluding his reading, BeeBag taunted YellowTiger over his choice of last words before YellowTiger stood on a pressure plate in the corner labelled "Door Mat" and shouted his actual last words for Doorseiden to live on before the pressure plate activated a massive TNT trap, blowing up and killing himself and most of the Cellar Team, including GodFontaine.

BeeBag, on the other hand, managed to narrowly survived before being chased by wilding and Sailor, who survived as part of YellowTiger's plan to sacrifice himself to kill the remaining Cellar Team members. As he fought back against his attackers, BeeBag shouted that he and wilding were a team, only for wilding to respond that BeeBag was just a dictator who only ever treated him like a disposable soldier for his cause and that killing him was something he should have done a long time ago. Realising he was outgeared, BeeBag could only pathetically utter that it wasn't supposed to end like this and that he would remember wilding's betrayal before Sailor delivered the final blow, killing BeeBag and freeing the server from his reign.

(work in progress...)

Shipwreck Event[]

On Day 8, the remaining players leftover from the war waged by Tamer000 and his forces discovered numerous barrels that had washed up, all containing notes from distant civilizations that had survived an impending threat: a massive army of pirates that were ready to invade the islands very soon.

On Day 9, a massive pirate ship inhabited by BeeBag, wilding and the rest of his followers arrived at the islands. As they dismounted their ship and made their way to the islands with boats, they got out and began destroying everything in sight. Once they reached the headquarters of Tamer and Dynamite1406, BeeBag and his pirate followers proceeded to murder them and their last remaining supporters, putting an end to Wytheria and Cottonmouth, as well as what remained of Tresco and Bryher.

After decimating four of the five islands, BeeBag and his army made their way over to St.Marys and began destroying everything they could find before making their way to the Star Castle, the last line of defence. However, waiting for the pirates was not just the entire population of St.Marys lead by their leader QualsWonders, but also a wave of St.Agnes players that Dynamite had sent to St.Marys to help the island with defending themselves against the pirate invasion prior to his death, as well as several Tresco, Bryher and St.Martins civilians, all standing together against the pirates attempting to storm the castle. Eventually, BeeBag breached the walls of the Star Castle and began targeting any players he came across. However, the combined strength of all five populations proved too much for BeeBag and the pirates, as the pirates began losing numbers significantly fast and BeeBag himself was eventually slain by a Bryher civilian whilst trying to run away, forcing the remaining pirates to flee.

In the aftermath of the battle against the pirates, the civilizations forgave each other for the past transgressions of their tyrannical leaders.
