Bill Cipher is the main antagonist of Gravity Falls and is also a reoccurring antagonist in Cartoon Fight Club and its spinoffs such as Rewind Rumble, a series hosted by AnimationRewind where characters from all sorts of works duke it out to obtain victory. Bill is one of the 'poster boys' of the series and notorious due to being an incredibly tough opponent with a multitude of losses and wins in his resume.
Appearance[]
Bill is a floating yellow triangle with a single cat-like eye in the center (though sometimes near the upper corner; also known as the Eye of Providence), a black bow tie and a top hat, and thin black limbs. He is sometimes seen holding a yellow or black cane as well. Bill's body also flashes when he speaks, as he has no actual mouth.
It is shown he can take on numerous other forms if so desired such as his angry mode when he turns red, his eye black, his pupil white and his outline inverted, or his Weirdmageddon form which is a black multi-tiered and multi-armed pyramid.
Personality[]
Similar to the original, Bill is sadistic and cruel while also being incredibly charming and funny. He is highly intelligent, very manipulative and will not stop at anything to fulfil his goals. He enjoys taking part in the Cartoon Fight Club and causing trouble across the Multiverse, and will engage in combat if opposition. Bill also appears to be a rather curious individual, as he broke into Castle Bleck when he sensed the power of the Chaos Heart.
However, this version differs from the original as he has redeeming qualities, often tipping his hat in respect to his opponents, as well as being genuinely affable instead of faux affable. After his battle against the Illuminati, it is shown he actually became friends with the other triangle due to their shared reality bending powers and profession in manipulation. Bill also has standards, as he shows concern over the fact that the events of the Reality Warper free for all could result in millions of deaths across the Multiverse.
Biography[]
Bill has appeared in numerous episodes in the series, having a multitude of losses and wins. He has a reputation for being one of the hardest opponents to beat, even being able give OP joke characters a decent fight.

- Bill Cipher vs Discord (Won via turning Discord into stone, although the fight did not end in death)
- Bill Cipher vs Sans (Won, but spared Sans)
- Bill Cipher vs Asriel Dreemurrer (Lost due to probability of Asriel using a mind sacrifice being greater than Bill redeeming Asriel, the fight did not end in death)
- Bill Cipher vs Rick Sanchez (Lost due to Rick Sanchez' intelligence and the fact he possesses reality warping technology himself)
- Bill Cipher vs Bendy (Won due to a massive power difference)
- Bill Cipher vs Sans (Rematch) (Won due to power, intelligence and speed)
- Bill Cipher vs Lord English (Lost due to power difference)
- Gravity Falls vs. Undertale (He lost due to Asriel and Chara being on the same with the former for same reason as their solo fight and Chara due to him having to destroy all timelines to defeat them)
- Bill Cipher vs Dimentio (Won via intelligence advantage, as well as turning Dimentio into a pizza and eating him, although the fight did not end in death)
- Bill Cipher vs Jevil (Won via smiting Jevil with a laser beam before going to the bathroom)
- Bill Cipher vs the Illuminati (Lost obviously because the Illuminati is an OP meme character, the two only fought because they were forced to by the creators of the series, and behind the scenes are actually friends)
Overall, Bill is one of the main villains of the series and is infamous for his track record of losses and wins.

- A common joke involves Bill being referred to as a Dorito.
- Bill is one of the oldest characters canonically in the series, being a whopping 5 trillion years old. Due to this, he has tons of fighting experience and knowledge, which often gives him an advantage incase sheer spacetime manipulation Hax don't work.
- In some episodes, AnimationRewind voices Bill.
