William Curry Pays III, better known as Bill Pays, is the main antagonist of Sheepboy's Character Elimination series. Serving as the overarching antagonist of seasons 1-34, and the possible main antagonist of season 35. He is the one of the founders (alongside with Paul Seven) and the current CEO of Picrohard. His secrets remain unknown through the series. He is also the arch-nemesis of Sheepboy.
He is voiced by Paul.

- He is heavily inspired by Steve Cobs from Inanimate Insanity.
- He, Paul Seven, Evil Dyari, and Kevin's Mother seem to be the darkest and most evil GoAnimate villains. For Seven, he experimented on so many innocent lives. And for Pays, he abducts so many Pokémon to power his A.O's. For Evil Dyari, he captured and possibly killed Lemmings when his robots are helping him take over the world. And for Kevin's Mother, she abused her son, making him the monster he is. Showing that the 4 of them will do nothing but to accomplish their goal
