Cut the wires, oxygen is getting low
Hit the vents, chopping heads in a single blow
You know the truth, it doesn't matter, now you're just a ghost
To my satisfaction
~ Black during his killing spree.

The Black Impostor is the main antagonist of the animated music video for the song No Reason To Lie by NateWantsToBattle.

He is a sadistic, smug imposter whose main goal is to eliminate every crewmate on the Skeld, whether it is through direct murder, or having them ejected under the false pretense that they are the imposter.

He was voiced by the song's creator, Nathan Sharp.

Biography[]

Black starts off his killing spree by murdering Red from behind, said body soon being found by the other crewmates, after the emergency meeting presumably ends in a skip, Black proceeds to disable the lights, and kills White. Once the second meeting is called, Brown tries to accuse him of being the imposter, he simply brushes it off as everyone skips.

After disabling the Oxygen and cutting the wire, he proceeds to slice Yellow's head off by jumping out of a vent. Later on, he once again disables power in attempts to kill Pink, when that doesn't succeed, he proceeds to accuse them of being the imposter, which winds up betting them ejected.

After another meeting that failed to get him ejected, he proceeds to kill Orange next to Green, in a clear attempt to frame her for his murder, and while it doesn't succeed, he winds up getting Light Blue ejected after putting a sign over their head that said "I did it" resulting in their ejection.

Later, after Blue's portion of the song, he kills Brown right next to Green and Blue, presumably to frame them both, when that doesn't work, he tries killing Blue while he is looking at cams, but was ultimately duped by both him and Green, getting him ejected.
