The Black Shadow is the enigmatic main antagonist of the live action YouTube short, Scooby Doo -- KIDS VERSION, by Magic Popcorn Productions.
It was a disguise worn by Park ranger Paco, a corrupt official who was scaring people away from the woods for unknown reasons.

The park ranger himself is a young kid with black hair and a mustache. He wore a tanned hat, white collared shirt with a gold badge, and gray pants.
The costume he wore, as described by name. Is a simple black bodysuit with zero facial features.
Personality[]
He's a protective person over the woods and intimidates those who want to go there.
Biography[]
He showed up out of nowhere and told the gang to stop them from going to the woods, they all got confused and asked who he is, and he quickly introduced himself and intimidatingly tells them to enter at their own risk due to a Black Shadow haunting the area. This of course sparks the gang's curiosity of mystery solving and they entered the area despite his warnings.
The shadow soon appeared behind a tree and stalked the Shag and Scoob for a bit while they were exploring a part of the forest for (thinking it sells hot dogs) clues, before seemingly teleporting to another tree to grab Velma on the shoulder, she freaks out a bit and Fred and Daphne take notice and they all run away, the shadow pops out and follows.
He then rushes back to the two gluttonous cowards and scares them, the two run and join together with the rest of the gang and a chase sequence with them running around starts with them going back and forth a few times, only for Scrappy-Doo to show up out of nowhere and save the gang by causing the Black Shadow to trip over him.
The gang sat him up and unmasked the shadow, revealing it to be Park ranger Paco, his plans were never explained as the gang went to go celebrate after solving their recent mystery in the woods.
