Okay, so my friend convince me on Discord that we kinda need some content control regarding creation of Complete Monster characters. This wiki has gotten a crap ton of Complete Monsters that it's overrunning the non-CMs, and that is getting tired some. What I mean is, a lot of people seems to making their OCs into Complete Monsters for the sake of being Complete Monsters, and only focus on making them atrociously evil then actually putting effort in making the character like giving them personality and story. If you want to make your character a Cm then that's fine but at least think of the story first and focus on making the character and not solely focus on how you want them to be a CM.

I will even admit, I am having second thoughts about both Ernie and Francis being Complete Monsters. What the heck is the "Important" category and template?
Here's something I want to ask, but you can read the title of this blogpost, so I'm not going to repeat that title in the opening of this blogpost.
The category description itself says it's for "villains who have importance to a series", which isn't enough for a category in my opinion as it would be redundant with Big Bad, Bigger Bad, The Heavy and such. The template itself however, says "This article was considered to be an important and/or particularly famous villain." And that isn't enough either in my taste. What exactly constitutes to being this? What grants you this status? It also allows for bias as you can just plant the template on pages you like. Also, almost every single villain from SMG4 is under it, so that doesn't help the quot…

Quote diversity
Okay so I've seen a lot of categories where the quotes for them are either Pastamonsters or just SMG4 quotes. We need to diverse these quotes, we have too many Pastamonsters and SMG4 quotes on categories so we need to add quotes that are not from those series. RustedRusher4455 told me about this issue which I agree, to me I find it to be overrated now so why can't we just move on from those series and just use other quotes from different series? We got too many of those quotes on categories anyway, now I'm not saying we should remove them from every category, but I think we should stop adding them on other categories. I believe it's hyperbolic to have Francis in the CM category, and I'll briefly explain why.
Francis is a minor character-turned-main antagonist of the Anime Arc of the famous YouTube channel SM64, which is an on & off epical comedy series made using GMod and Super Mario 64.

Time for another reevaluation for another Multiversal Legends villain. Once again, this proposal was requested by my friend, BrandonDarkOne47, who suggested I do Omegus.
From what Brandon has told me, Omegus is pretty bad, even possibly being worse than Nekrozoth, at being a boss at least. Yeah, when you are worse than Nekrozoth at something, that is certainly saying a lot about your character. While he may not be the most evil character in his series, he is certainly one of them.
