Blood for blood. Eye for an eye. Your life to fulfill mine.
~ Cox's famous line.
Yes, I'm selling you guys out. But don't be mad, nothing beats $1 million dollars as the head of the medical community. Besides, you guys, and this old dump are replaceable. You all knew that. Well, I have nothing else to say for now. They're all yours, guys.
~ Cox revealing his true colors to the Sacred Heart staff
I will not. You see, I've been given the chance to make more money, far money than you can ever muster, and I damn sure intend to take that job. But if it helps, I was planning to be far away from your devilish appearance and your venomous excuse of a son long before you hid the fact that that was my child I put into your tentacled womb. Now, I'm gonna get out of here and leave you to be Corruptus food, and I'm gonna have a fresh start. And you, Newbie, I just want you to know before I go, I never cared about you or considered you a friend or whatever pathetic clinging you have on me, and every waking moment I see you is the moment I am begging for you to just die so I don't have to see you again or hear your goddamn annoying voice.
~ Cox explaining his plan to Jordan and J.D. about his plan before he reveals his true feelings towards them and leaves them both to die.

Percival "Bloody Mouse" Wilcox, also known as Blood Mouse and Greed, is a supporting character in Scrubs and a major antagonist in The Maestro Among Us.

History[]

Appearing as an associate of the Maestro, he plots to take the role of medical board director by force if necessary, and arranges for Maestro to help him in the role. Though intimidated by him, Cox respects Maestro and acknowledged that he does a better job than many of the members of Sacred Heart Hospital, whom here he has nothing but contempt for. His relationship with his wife and son were at least still intact from canon, however, Cox doesn't really care about them here, and only wants money and influence compared to feeling emotional attachments to anyone. Appearing in the Scrubs story, he arranged for Maestro to use his army to storm the hospital to kill as many people as they could find, patient or staff, while ensuring that only he survives the assault, starting with the day being normal until his ex-wife Jordan reminds him that she will be staying in to watch over his son Jack today. This allows Maestro to hire wealthy criminal Michael De Santa to visit his home and arrange for him to kill his wife and son, all which Cox acknowledged that it was gonna Halle , but doesn't really care. At his signal, which he faked a call from his wife, he allows a horde of Corrupti, Ennards, Specimens, Malebolgia's devilish minions, and North the Beaver's attack dogs, led by North himself, Bloodlust, Superboy Prime, and the intervening King Boo, who murders and devours a good portion of the patients and staff himself, to storm the hospital and brutally kill many of the patients there. When the hordes turn their attention to the staff, they promptly kill and devour most of them, except for J.D., Carla, Bob, Turk, Doug, Elliot, the Janitor, and obviously Cox himself, who pretends to be hiding from the monsters outside. Panicking, J.D., Turk, and Elliot ask what to do, and Cox decided to "play hero" by "sacrificing" himself so they could escape, to which they reluctantly agreed. However, the staff were horrified to find Cox was actually ordering the monsters to spread through the hospital and kill more patients and staff. Things get worse when the lawyer Ted, oblivious to what just happened, showed up, but was almost immediately caught and devoured by a legion of Corrupti right in front of the surviving staff; even worse when Cox appears unharmed alongside Dark Kat and Superior, and encounters the staff. When Carla demands to know what is the meaning of this, Cox smugly admits that he arranged this attack and betrays them, saying they mean nothing to his plan to become the highest in the medical industry. When Maestro reveals himself to them, Cox calmly orders the monsters to kill them all, casually walking back to watch them all die in the horrendous invasion. The only ones who survived were J.D., Janitor, Todd, and Doug, who decided to work together and escape the invasion alive. However, they soon realized that every trick and attempt to protect themselves were nothing and only angered the monstrous army further, causing Doug to be pulled over and eaten by the monsters. Fortunately, J.D. and the Janitor escape the hospital and decide to tell Jordan of her husband's treachery. They make it to his apartment, and were shocked to notice that Michael was already there, holding both Cox's son and Jordan at gunpoint and threatening to shoot them both if they do not comply to his demands. Though Jordan remains defiant, Michael was willing to kill both her and Jack with no remorse. J.D. attempts to tell Jordan about Cox's cruelty and about the Maestro, but she doesn't seem to listen to his pleas. Just moments after that, Cox appears in his home, with Maestro popping out from behind him, and Bloodlust popping up right in front of them right after. Jordan finally realizes this and demands that he stops, but Cox spitefully refuses to listen to her and expressed his complete disdain for her, J.D., Sacred Heart, and even his own son, and explains his plan to be the top of the medical industry before callously leaving them all to be devoured by the army, who followed Cox, Maestro, Dark Kat, Superior, Superboy, and Bloodlust over to the house. As well as that, he even allows Michael to shoot both Jordan and Jack dead, cementing him as an irredeemable villain. Satisfied with himself, Cox thanks the Maestro for everything, and four months later, becomes the Chief of Medicine of the new, tyrannical Broken Heart, the ultimate replacement for Sacred Heart. He also forces Janitor and Todd to work for him, and threatens Janitor not to pull any more pranks on him or anyone, or else he will kill him by himself, pulling out a gun and pointing it to his head to show he's not lying, while also severely docking both Todd's and Janitor's pay. He also has Bloodlust as his bodyguard who will kill anyone who tries to leave his new hospital. Though his relationship were at a rough patch, he evidently becomes one of Maestro's most valuable allies, not only earning his trust and respect, but even earning the respect from Steven, Dark Kat, and Willy, both of which were mutual.

Personality[]

He is traitorous, unscrupulous, greedy, and borderline sociopathic doctor, Wilcox is willing to resort to criminal activities to fulfill his sadistic and violent desires. He doesn't even care about his family, as he insulted his equally sarcastic wife and allowed her and his own son to die when Maestro's monsters storm the house. He is also arrogant, sadistic, and hateful, so he enjoyed mocking J.D.'s panicking while watching him try to survive the monster invasion.
