Meeting Dylan Hargensen[]
Bob was arrested after he assaulted his neighbor after he set off fireworks. After he arrived in prison, he made a deal with Dylan to help him in his plan to get revenge for Chris Hargensen's death.
Being notified from Owlman[]
After Owlman reclaimed his stungun, he used his suit's radio system to call Bob.
Car chase[]
When Bob and Owlman were on the interstate in the black 2013 Audi A6, they were in pursuit of Carrie, Dennis, and Regan, who were in hot pursuit of the white 2019 Ford Fusion that there were in. Owlman then aimed his Remington 870 Wingmaster hunting rifle at Carrie's head. But that failed when Carrie used her telekinesis to cause the bullet to strike the hood of the car. After that, the engine caught fire, causing Bob to run into the bridge, resulting in it collapsing. Despite that, Bob and Owlman managed to get out just before the bridge collapsed.
Abduction[]
When Owlman and Bob arrived at a hotel, they decided to wait until nighttime to avoid any suspicion. That night, he two came into the hotel, then rode the elevator all the way up to the third floor, when they found the room that Regan was staying in. Carrie and Dennis heard their daughter's screams, and ran to save her, but Bob put up a fight with Dennis. Unknown to the two villains, Carrie and Dennis were driving right behind them.
Confrontation and arrest[]
As Carrie, Dennis, and Regan were nearing the elevator, they ran into Bob. Carrie then decided to battle Bob, and as they fought, he pulled out a Glock 23, then fired at her. After that, Carrie then threw a punch at Bob's chest, causing him to stagger. Then, after Bob fell to the floor, he fired again. This time, Carrie used her telekinesis to send the bullet flying at Bob, grazing him in his right shoulder. It then caused Bob to drop his gun. Carrie then picked it up, and aimed it at Bob. Then, Bob revealed his plan of killing Regan to Carrie, causing her to shoot him in the midsection, paralyzing him. As Carrie left, Bob screamed that he cannot be left where he is. Then, the police came to arrest him.
While in prison, Bob was also planning revenge on Carrie for his defeat. After he said that he would not let Carrie get away with his defeat, a prison guard told him to shut up.
A family's adventure[]
Escape[]
2 and a half months later, Bob, still in prison, is approached by warden Jamal Tingler. He says that as soon as he is released, he and Carrie should make peace. Instead, Bob kills Jamal, and tells the prison staff to release the inmates, threatening to kill them if they didn't comply. As the prison staff got to comply with his wishes, Bob was recruited into the Sinestro Corps.
Before going with Agatha Snell, he then went to the Yellow Lantern homeworld of Qward for psychological and physical reconditioning. After that was done, Bob flew back to Agatha's location, then they left, intent on building up a team.
Formation of the Black Warhawks[]

He, along with Agatha, had put together a team, including Evelyn Kansing, who was madly in love with Bob 6 days before the first time he was arrested. She still loves him, and when he entered the room, she gave him a hug. 2 more people came into the room, David Kennick and even Rick Rinaldo, entered the room. After being asked about the plan, he simply told his allies that he'll find them, but the rest of the team would get plane tickets. The team he assembled had all agreed to call themselves the Black Warhawks. While most of them got a plane, Yellow Lantern carried Evelyn like a baby, and flew off into the sky. After Evelyn told them that it woud be evil endavor. Yellow Lantern agreed.
First attempt at trapping his enemies[]
He then arrived at a rental car facility, and as Yellow Lantern was using his Yellow Lantern ring to hold the cars in place, Regan opened the door to her rental car, then pushed Yellow Lantern, only for him to regain balance and fly towards Regan, who used her telekinesis to hold him in place until she got in the rental car, then left. This left Yellow Lantern disgusted, as he was intending to kill Regan in front of her new boyfriend and her family. After this, Yellow Lantern was waiting at Summit Armory as the rest of the Black Warhawks armed themselves.
After going into the store, he went into the men's restroom, then Yellow Lantern got out his Yellow Lantern Battery and spoke the oath. After that, he left with the intention of getting revenge on Carrie while instilling fear.
Re-encounter with Carrie and Regan Wikens[]
“ | Once I kill both of you, I will rule half of this planet, and with this ring on my finger, I will be a god to everyone, who will fear me, as this planet will be under my control, and I'm going to gradually rule this planet as a whole. Then, all of humanity will tremble at my heels as my rule increases. Maybe, it will spread to the universe, maybe the next dimension. Who knows, that could be enough. | „ |

Meanwhile, after Agatha's defeat, Carrie, Regan, and Yellow Lantern were still locked with their energy blasts. With the combined force of them, the energy blast mixture destroyed their Lantern rings, sending the three of them flying into the walls behind them. After Bob picked up one of the two Glock 17 pistols, he used it to shoot at Regan, but Carrie grabbed a discarded Colt CM901 rifle and shot bob in the left thigh, fatally injuring him, and then, Bob collapesed onto the ground for the final time.
