Bob Velseb is the main villain protagonist of the Tumblr Spooky Month fan-comic Dead Meat, which was made by Spicy-Mermaid. He is a cannibalistic serial killer who claims many lives every Halloween. However, he would later be aided by Amrita Jayanti while being in the process of turning into a demon due to the effects that would be caused of the amulet he uses that makes him immortal as long he keeps eating the flesh of terrified victims.

Past[]
Not much about Bob Velseb's life before the main events of the Dead Meat comic is known, however, it is very likely that he has the similar past as his original counterpart, as he used to work as a butcher and owner of the butcher shop "Boys and Grills", where he used it as a front to store bodies of his victims or sold them to unwitting customers. However, the store was closed down after he was arrested, with his store's ownership being transferred to somebody else. He is also part of the mysterious cult as well, although it is not specified when he became a cultist.
Dead Meat[]
The comic first introduces Bob Velseb who was wearing a mask after he killed and ate a drunk man named Cody after the latter left the bar at night. However, after the unnamed woman saw him and yelled for someone to call 911, Bob Velseb would run off to the cemetery to avoid getting caught by the authorities.
However, he would hear some Hindu chanting from a woman named Amrita Jayanti, who was at a Funeral Home and Crematory where she was given permission to do her ritual to support Maa Kali, the Goddess of Death, by drinking some fake vegetarian blood as a purpose for her ritual. However, Bob Velseb would end up interrupting her, which she would then see Bob Velseb there.
Amrita would notice that Bob Velseb has an amulet that the cult would wear, but does not know what it was called. Bob Velseb got rather angry that Amrita is taking him to be an idiot and threatens to gut her. However, Amrita is unfazed and asks Bob Velseb if his teeth hurt, much to the latter's confusion. Amrita would tell Bob Velseb that he has no idea what he got himself into. Amrita knows very well that Bob Velseb was using an amulet to become immortal, with his cult never warning him that it would cost Bob Velseb his humanity and that the amulet would turn him into a demon. Amrita would tell Bob Velseb that if he does try to eat her flesh, it would not work and that nobody would help him figure out what Bob Velseb had signed up for.
Bob Velseb would ask if he could refer to Amrita as "Rita", but Amrita wants to refer hr to her full name, and that he should learn and commit her name to his memory. She would ask Bob Velseb to help her put out her fire pit and to get her stuff back to her house so they can have privacy and be able to speak freely, as well as for Amrita to be able to find a blood to explain more about Bob Velseb's amulet. As they get inside, Amrita would ask Bob Velseb to take off the mask, with Bob Velseb hesitantly removing the mask, so Amrita can assess her.
The reason how Amrita knows a lot about his cult's amulet despite Amrita not being in the cult, which Amrita was revealed to be an anthropologist. It is mentioned that while the amulet does make Bob Velseb immortal, however, the amulet could only work as long as he continues to eat human flesh. The meat that is consumed must be embedded with fear before they die, or else it would not have any effect for the amulet. While the amulet would make him be immortal, unkillable, decay nor age, the amulet would make Bob Velseb no longer be a human being. While he only seems human in appearance, the amulet would very slowly and painfully change him into a demon. There is also no way to reverse the curse, and all that he can do is to prepare for it.
Bob Velseb is left with no choice but to come to Amrita's house as his name is all over the news and that his home would be the first place the police would go to try to look for him. His only option is to go back to the cult or go to her house, with Amrita saying that she doesn't know if the cult has Bob's best interest at heart.
Later, when Amrita decides to go to the bathroom. However, a perverted man wearing a balaclava peeking through the window before trespassing into Amrita's house. The perverted man would take the oppertunity to try to peek Amrita inside the shower, only to have tricked the man. As the Perverted Man tries to leave, the man would bump into a hungry Bob Velseb. Bob Velseb would strangle the man with some rope before throwing the man into a wall.
Bob Velseb, with guidance of Amrita, would terrify the man by threatening him and telling the man about what would happen to him before telling him a fact about cannibalism about the Liver being rich in vitamin A. Bob Velseb would kill and try to eat the unnamed man's fleash only for his teeth to start falling out. Amrita would recommend Bob Velseb to drink the man's blood instead, so Bob Velseb detaches the veins for some of the teeth that were falling out. After that, Bob Velseb would cut the man's right arm to drink the blood from it.
The story has not been given any further updates as of now.
Personality[]
His personality is pretty much similar to his original counterpart. However, he does know about hiding from the police to avoid getting caught. However, he seems to be a bit unsettled by how fearless Amrita is of him, despite multiple times he had threatened his life.

- It was also mentioned that he had partook in the cultist ritual two weeks ago before the main events of the story.
- According to Bob Velseb, almost all the members of the mysterious, very secretive cult he is from wears the same amulet he does. However, he has never seen their faces underneath their red hoods.
