King Bowser Koopa Sr., simply known as Bowser, is a major antagonist in the Beanie Bros videos.
Like his mainstream counterpart, he is the king of the Koopa Troop who kidnaps Princess Peach and fights against his arch-enemy, Mario. While he does sometimes succeed in having Peach kidnapped with the help of Bowser Jr., he tends to foil himself in multiple ways, like having his son capture Princess Daisy instead of Peach (which subsequently results in the latter being presumably killed by Luigi with a banana peel) and letting the Penguin King use the Star (resulting in him being easily ovewhelmed and sent flying into the sky by the latter).
Appearance[]
Bowser's appearance is the same as his original counterpart.
Personality[]
Bowser's personality in the videos is mostly the same as his mainstream and movie counterparts, but he has been shown to fear Luigi, like King Boo, due to his ability to kill anyone with a banana peel. He is also quite cunning, as he distracts Mario by telling Peach about what activities he plans to do, such as golf, kart racing and playing a Mario Party (as suggested by Mario himself), stalling him long enough for Peach to be burned in the lava.
However, even with his intelligence, he is not completely that smart, as he lets the Penguin King use the power of the Star instead of destroying the castle with his fire breath, which gets him defeated pretty quickly, as well as when he burns the Toad to death while inadvertently letting go of the Star Statue, failing the challenge given by MrBeast.
Biography[]
MrBeast Gives Away Mushroom Kingdom[]
Bowser, Mario, Luigi, Toad, Princess Peach are challenged by MrBeast to be the last person to remove their hand from the Star Statue, with the winner allowing to have the Mushroom Kingdom for themself. Shortly before the game begins, Bowser and Peach argue about the kingdom belonging to only one of them.
As the game starts, Bowser is taunted by Toad, who was ordered by Peach to not let him win as he would kill everyone. His taunts angers Bowser so much that he breathes fire, burning Toad to death, but as he did, he was unaware that he removed his hand from the statue, causing him to lose the challenge as he walks off crying.
MrBeast Gives Away Ohio[]
Bowser is one of the eight contestants challenged by MrBeast to have Ohio for themselves by being the first person to catch Lumalee. However, as he was searching for him, he was killed by Ghostface off-screen.
Luigi is John Wick[]
Bowser is visited by his son Bowser Jr., who claims to have finally captured Princess Peach, but when he pulls the captive closer, it is revealed that he did a mistake as he kidnapped Princess Daisy. Bowser asks his son what he had done, as Daisy is the love interest of Luigi (which he fears, knowing how he is able to kill people with banana peels, like he did with three Goombas in a bar). Bowser Jr. begs for his dad to let him make things right by kidnapping Princess Peach, but it is too late as Bowser tells him that Luigi will come for him and that there is nothing to do about it, before ordering him to get out of his sight, shortly before Luigi arrives and terrorizes him with the banana peel, resulting in his presumed death.
Mario, Luigi and a Donkey Kong too[]
Bowser encounters Mario, Luigi and Donkey Kong as they approach his throne, having expected their arrival to stop his wedding of Princess Peach. As Mario tells that Peach will never marry him, he asks the plumber if Peach would really want to come back with him, considering she often ends up in his castle. As Bowser convinces Mario to understand his relationship, he is unaware that Luigi came along as Peach reminds him, which he did not expect as she immediately falls in love with the green plumber, much to Bowser's shock.
Foes and Friends[]
Having Princess Peach kidnapped once more and locked in a cage above a lava pit, he plots to slowly lower her down into the inferno, claiming that if he can't have her, then no one else would. Suddenly, Peach asks Bowser if he knows about the golf planned for Wednesday, which he does, saying that they always do golf on that day. She wanted to make sure of it, as Bowser had other activities planned, such as a kart racing tournament. Mario is fine with it, as Bowser says that will be plenty of time to do those activities. As Mario asks him if they could do a Mario Party afterwards, Bowser agrees. However, little did Mario know is that Bowser's "friendly" attitude stalled him long enough for Peach to be fully lowered into the lava and burned to death.
Bowser VS Penguin King[]
As the Penguin King asks Bowser if he gives up, the latter refuses like he does in the original movie, but instead of burning the snow castle and stealing the Super Star, he finds out that the Penguin King had the star in his possession as he takes it out, much to his shock. As the powered-up Penguin King approaches, Bowser pleads him not to attack, but is ignored as he is hit, launching him into the sky as he screams in defeat.
Hit Me Baby: Bowser's Dark Secret[]
Bowser, singing the remix of Baby One More Time by Tenacious D, is seen flying with Bowser Jr. (who plays the electric guitar in sync to the song) in their Koopa Clown Cars. As soon as he sees Peach rejecting Mario, he rushes towards her and kidnaps her, causing Mario to pursue Bowser all the way to his castle. Slowly approaching the Koopa King, he notices several paintings of his different encounters from Super Mario Bros., Super Mario 64 and The Super Mario Bros Movie. As Bowser sings the famous "Hit Me Baby One More Time" verse, Mario punches him in the face, which Bowser unexpectedly predicted.

- Bowser VS Penguin King is a parody of The Super Mario Bros Movie's opening scene, even being seen as an alternate ending.
