Bowser is a major antagonist of the Resident Koopa trilogy, serving as the overarching antagonist of Resident Koopa: Outbreak and the titular main antagonist of Resident Koopa: Bowser.
He is a bioweapon created by the Umbrella Corporation under leadership of Weskoop as part of their campaign to create supersoldiers being the Tyrants. Following his creation, he is given direct orders to find and kill many S.T.A.R.S members all over Raccoon City. That includes Peach who seeks to hunt her down for being a member of S.T.A.R.S.
Appearance[]
Bowser shares similar traits of his appearance in comparison to his canon mainstream counterpart. He possesses a reptilian-skinned body with more notable features having spike-shaped hair-like mane, a pair of horns on his head, a snout and flat-lips with shared teeth. Such difference to that of the different Bowser however is that he lacks a shell, braces and a tail even completely bare with other exceptions. His reptilian skin is entirely covered in grey, his mane and eyebrows are colored blue, his eyes are white and pupiless and he lacks a tail. As a parody of Nemesis, he does not have any similar traits to his appearance at all with the only exception being his pupiless eyes.

Bowser is a Tyrant that was created by the Umbrella Corporation some point after the events of the first Resident Koopa following the mansion having left not been destroyed and the infection on board Peach 's helicopter to spread elsewhere. Under command of the corporation, Bowser has been assigned with a mission to hunt down all S.T.A.R.S forces for their opposition against them and begins his killing spree.
Resident Koopa: Outbreak[]
Though unseen, he would be somehow responsible for the outbreak of Raccoon City which led to the city being invaded by the living dead. Regardless of his actions, he is still bent on hunting down S.T.A.R.S members including the players who went to an online server to play the game based on the series. After the players dealt with a horde of zombies, Bowser is heard roaring as he enters the city to take action against the players. Just as the trio are about to fight, their server unfortunately disconnects, preventing them from going to fight against the monster.
Resident Koopa: Bowser[]
Bowser makes his physical debut where in the final part of the trilogy, he continues his murder-spree of killing many S.T.A.R.S members following Raccoon City having been taken over by zombies. At the bar, Toad warns Peach about Bowser coming for them and make their leave unaware that Bowser is on their trail. Just then, Bowser ambushes and kills Toad instantly breathing out fire at him. He turns his attention to find Peach and cones after her only to lock him out of a building she entered with Mario in the building. As they talk, Bowser begins banging on the door, prompting them to escape to the train to make their leave from Raccoon City.
Due to the train having been missing a few parts to make their getaway, this gives Bowser an advantage to enter the train and disables its power to prevent it from being used. Bowser then breathes out fire at Mario to get him out of his way to dispose of his target in front of him. Having enough, Peach tried to kill Bowser using her weapons and even her ability to shoot out an orb at him but none of it has any effect against her assassin. Luigi jumps and distracts Bowser to give Peach enough time to escape though it did not last for too long as Bowser tears Luigi apart and continued his pursuit.
Bowser followed Peach to a nearby gas station and was ready to finish her off. Before he could get the chance, Peach gets a Power Star out of a block to become invincible and attacking Bowser, knocking her pursuer away. With Peach rescued by Mario on board a helicopter, a missile hits and destroys the entire city, reducing the potential remaining infection left to being obliterated including any possibly trace of the T-Virus that were still left in the area. Bowser lost most of his body from the blast, he survived due to his immortality by saying his single world "S.T.A.R.S", suggesting that his ongoing spree is not over.
Trivia[]
- As an adaptational parody, Bowser serves as a homage to both Nemesis and G from the Resident Evil franchise.
- Unlike Nemesis, Bowser did not transform to mutate at all to his second and final forms as he remains in his form throughout the flash movie.
- Another note is said that while Nemesis died, Bowser is still alive despite losing most of his body from the missile.
