Bowser was a side enemy of the Video Game Leuge before being transported into Timeline 1 and eventually becoming Junkbot's Pokemon before leaving him after finding out that he joined the VGE.

History

Bowser

Bowser, alongside Bowser Jr., Wario, and Waluigi fight the Video Game Leuge, they knock out Yoshi and Pac-Man, but then Sonic kicks him and Bowser Jr. while Luigi defeats Wario and Waluigi.

Transported Into Timeline 1

Bowser somehow got transported into Timeline 1. He was later found and captured by Junkbot and put into his shop.

Junkbot's Tournament

Junkbot puts Bowser in his battle tournament. In his first battle he fight B1123, a Joshua Soldier, he first shoots fireballs at the soldier and then breathes fire on him. B1123 gets up and grabs his tail and throws him out of the arena, however Bowser gets warped back into the arena. B1123 shoots at him with a gun and Bowser shoots fireballs, B1123 dodges the fireballs and grabs his tail again and throws Bowser. Bowser runs up to the soldier and grabs him and then bites him, he then breathes fire on him and then throws him. B1123 shoots at him but Bowser goes into his shell and spins around in it, he jumps up and slams onto B1123, he shoots fireballs at him, he breathes fire on him. He shoots more fireballs, he then grabs and slams the soldier onto the ground, stomps on him, jumps up and slams on him, throws into a wall before biting off his head which makes Bowser win the fight.

His next fight is against Jim, he shoots fireballs at him but the attacks phase through him, Jim sneaks behind Bowser and stabs him, Bowser slashes at him with his claws but Jim phases through the attacks, he tries to grab him but it fails. Jim then sneaks behind Bowser and stabs him, he then makes horror music play in his head and makes him lose his vision before returning it. He breathes fire but Jim phases through the fire. Jim then knocks over Bowser and prepares to stab him but then gets bored and walks away, making Bowser the winner.

His last fight is against Duke, he shoots fireballs at Duke, Duke punches him, Bowser slashes at him with his claws, Duke grabs his tail and throws him into a wall, Duke punches him, Bowser breathes fire, Bowser grabs duke, jumps up and slams him onto the ground, Duke punches him, Bowser jumps up and slams on Duke, he grabs Bowser's tails and spins, he then throws him into a wall. Bowser gets into his shell and spins around, Bowser jumps up and slams onto Duke, Bowser throws hammers at him, which Duke blocks with his iron glove. Bowser shoots fireballs at him and Duke throws his hammers back at Bowser. Duke throws Bowser into a wall again, Bowser throws hammers at him and then breathes fire. Duke tries to attack Bowser with his hammers again but Bowser blocks the attacks with his shell. Bowser jumps up and slams onto Duke, he throws Duke into a wall. Duke then punches him in the jaw, knocking out Bowser, making Duke the winner.

After the fight Junkbot asks if Bowser wants to be his Pokemon, he accepts since he gets to be out of his cage.

Fighting Gulag Spider

After Gulag Spider asks if anyone wants to fight him Bowser says he wants to. Gulag Spider is scared since he is afraid of Turtles. Junkbot gives Bowser a Power Star, transforming him into Rainbow Bowser. Gulag Spider tries to run away but Bowser catches up to him since he is now faster, he shoots fireballs at the Spider, throws hammers at him, slams the spider into the ground and then breathes fire onto him. Joshua then asks for a hammer to beat up the Spider, Bowser gives him one and he launches the spider away, however Bowser jumps up and grabs it, he stomps on the Spider. Junkbot then gives Bowser a Metal Cap, transforming him into Metal Bowser, Bowser crushes the Spider again and after they realize the Spider is knocked out Junkbot has Bowser carry it to his shop.
