Brenda is the majopr in Noteverything123's Skibidi-puff Toilet and Grand Townsville Authority. She is a former member of the Powerpuff Faction and is now affiliated with the Rowdyruff Faction as a Rowdyruff member.
As the leader of the "corrupt" version of the Powerpuff Faction, she manipulates the Powerpuff members into engaging in criminal activities.
Appearances[]
Brenda was originally a Powerpuff Girl. She has dark-silver colored eyes that match the color of her dress. Her bangs are similar to Buttercup's, featuring a tiny black-and-white slicked section, with long hair at the back styled in a white-mixed line pattern and a rectangular cowlick at the back. She wears white tights and black shoes.
Her former outfit was identical to that of the Powerpuff Girls. Currently, her outfit includes dark-silver gloves, a matching bandana with the Rowdyruff Faction logo, and a black leather jacket that covers her dress.
Personality[]
Brenda is narcissistic. She is also very mean, sometimes lazy, very rude, and greedy. Additionally, she is very aggressive toward her opponents.
Biography[]
From her past, Brenda was celebrated for her bravery, but as time went on and her list of heroic acts grew, she started to slack off. Blossom and the other Powerpuff Girls noticed this change and became worried. Wanting to reignite their passion for fighting crime, Blossom took it upon herself to intervene. Unfortunately, Brenda wasn’t interested in changing her ways and brushed off their concerns.
Eventually, under the Powerpuff Girls' orders, Blossom had to make the tough decision to kick Brenda off the team because she wouldn’t step up. Feeling envious that the others were still working hard while she got to take it easy, Brenda lashed out and attacked Blossom in a fit of anger. But her plan backfired, and she ended up leaving the group for good.
Not long after, she crossed paths with the Rowdyruff Boys, who shared her laid-back attitude, and decided to team up with them. This was the beginning of her shift from being a hero to embracing a more villainous role. Yet, when she was with Brownie, Buckoo, and especially Blunder, she often showed a more anti-heroic side, landing her in a bit of a moral gray area.
