Rikusame Horigoku, otherwise known by his villain name, Brother Fang, is one of the major antagonists in the 2020 original webcomic series by Jake the Netflix and Anime Critic, Dr. Vulture, starting off as the main antagonist in the Shark Gang Arc and the secondary antagonist in the Mutated Animal Army Arc. He is an A-Ranked Villain born with a Trability of a Great White Shark and the very first archenemy of Dr. Vulture.

Rikusame is a ruthless, merciless, wrathful, cruel, and power-hungry Shark-like humanoid who hungers for power, gaining what he wants for his own selfish purposes and to strike fear in the hearts of many innocents he views as "inferior" to his point of what he sees in the stronger and believes he should hold many rights to become "the law" himself in order to control and decide the fates of many from either demise or "punishment".

He once use to be a PE teacher at the Saldora Middle School, he was once a decent man who would push his students to their limits to become better at sports. But when his team from his class lost at the Saldora Basketball Cup to the visiting rivals, he deeply became the said monster he was as he abuses and tortures his students brutally with sheer force and would end up injuring them when they practice for basketball, soccer, and volleyball. He ended up getting fired for his abusive behavior and his attempted act of murdering an innocent student.

But afterwards he became the ruthless leader of the Shark Gang and commit as many acts of violence and destruction as he can to prove a point that he is the strongest being alive who should lead the strongest into war against the world's countries he finds "weak and inferior" in his said point of view. He even mass produce more offsprings and then raise them into becoming an army of killing machines for his next further future goals.

Personality[]

Rikusame was once a decent man who had a passion for sports and would often encourage his students into becoming better players at their sportsmanship, he was fond of his class. However, ever since the loss of his team in the Saldora Basketball Cup, something inside Rikusame snapped and instead of cheering up one of his students for their loss, he lashed out at them for being completely "inferior", which results in him brutally beating up a student who missed the shot during the final round. Because of that Rikusame developed into becoming more stricter, abusive, and harshly cold towards his students, psychological abusing and torturing them when he teaches them about sports recklessly where he would end up injuring or brutally fractured a student with no remorse. The final straw came when a young female student failed to perform well in basketball that costed Rikusame to kill her before he was stopped and fired by the principal for his abusive behavior and attempts of murdering an innocent child.

Because of his abusive methods leading to his own loss as a teacher, Rikusame hypocritically blamed every last person in the end for being "inferior" instead of learning from his mistakes, noticing all of this was brought upon himself and was his own fault, and refuses to take responsibility for his actions, this led to his determination of becoming a villain. Ever since he began his killing spree, Rikusame became much more worser than before, he was a ruthless, merciless, wrathful, cruel, hypocritical, arrogant, selfish, sadistic, vengeful, and power-hungry egomaniac who wanted to show the world that the stronger one have hold many rights to control the world as his own and to do so he has to eradicate all those he sees as "weak" and "inferior" to his point of view in the world.

Even when he became the Leader of his own criminal organization, "The Shark Gang", he would often beat up his own men into getting "better" abusively and would not care what happen to them if they were captured of killed, he would not be lenient enough to tolerate their failures that would led to their own deaths by his hands if he no longer finds any value in them. However, he shows lenience when he allows his men to rape as many women as they want, including the ones he'd kidnapped. Rikusame also happens to be sexist towards women, finding them to be as more inferior than weaker men, not mattering how smart or strong they are, but views them as a source to his legacy, which was the reason he allows his men to rape them during one of his kidnappings.

He also doesn't take criticism well when Dr. Vulture criticizes him for his inhuman methods towards humanity, he said it himself that he doesn't care about how weaklings can be stronger someday and would be willing enough to disencouraged and discriminate them for their appearances. But the one thing Rikusame couldn't handle most was his dislike of being called "a fish", in his own term of being a Shark, he finds his own specimen superior than other fish specimen, but when someone brings up the fact of him being a fish as well or being called a fish, he would act violently or breakdown into a blind rage.

Despite being wrathful and abusive, Rikusame is show to be very intelligence and strategic in fighting and the skills he has to use during some situations when performing in fights. He was known for is intimidating behavior and brutal said statement of superhuman strength.

Overall, Rikusame is nothing more but a monstrous humanoid who holds little value in other people's strength and beliefs but also has little more but mere regards for his actions and refuses to show remorse for anything he did, with only caring about himself and power to become 'the law" himself, he views himself as a god with a selfish purpose of creating destruction, madness, despair, and violence everywhere as he corrupts those whom joined him at will or forced to.
