In order to cause a war between The Southern Isles and Northuldra, I have decided to pay your father so he will send you to me. Fortunately.. you have escaped from The Baroness’ castle during the night. By the way, The Baroness has only formed an alliance with me for one reason. To avenge her husband by conquering Northuldra. She knows as well as I know that all three of us want power. Don’t we Hans?
~ Bullseye's notable quote to Hans

Bullseye is the main antagonist of the 2021 Disney based spin-off fanfilm Hans.

He is a ruthless warmonger who plots to usurp the position of the high chancellor of The United Empire, which includes Arendelle, Northuldra and The Southern Isles. His plans are to conquer the entire globe by finding a massive weapon called the blizzard box.

He is also Baroness von Nightime's former mentor, who later betrayed her for an alliance with Kristoff, and he becomes one of Prince Hans' archenemies.

He was portrayed by Ian Rheon.

History[]

Past[]

Bullseye was a ruthless and treacherous warmonger, who had a reputation of ruling many kingdoms inside The Untied Empire with an iron fist and attacking whoever stood in his way to glory and power. At some point, he met Elsa and Anna's grandmother, Baroness von Nightime, who developed a bond with him and let him become her mentor as long as he conquers Northuldra with her.

Bullseye of course had much more ambition than just conquering Northuldra for The Baroness, so he planned to find himself a massive weapon called "The Blizzard Box" and freeze the entire globe so that he can rule every place wether it is inside and outside The United Empire. At some point, it was also known that he had The Baroness kill Hans' mother in order to start a war between Northuldra and The Southern Isles. After that, King Westeguard sends Hans to live at Bulllseye's castle, just so he could get rid of Hans. Bullseye becomes very cruel towards Hans and he also lets The Baroness boss him around. One night, Hans escaped just before he found Arendelle and plotted to usurp it.

Rising to power[]

Bullseye and Baroness von Nightime were later called in by the supreme ruler of The United Empire, High Chancellor Peterson.

Peterson trusted Bullseye more than his Baroness and asked him to remember what power is about and use it for honorable purposes only. However, as part of his plans with the Baroness von Nightime, he stabs Peterson in the chest, thus killing him and usurping his position of the High Chancellor. After that incident, the soldiers pledged their loyalty to Bullseye, and von Nightime asked if he is ready to do the real fun.

Bullseye and The Baroness later capture Elsa and Hans in the woods, as The Baroness almost kills Hans. However, Hans' favourite and fully redeemed brother Caleb helps him escape before The Baroness could use ice shards to smash him.

Anna also took involvement in saving Hans and Elsa. In order to not lose, Bullseye and his bodyguards chased after Anna in the middle of the woods, but she escapes and runs out of site just before Caleb takes her to a far away city, as against Bullseye's ideas.

As a result of Caleb's act of treachery, Bullseye has him tortured and he purposely keeps him alive since he has much bigger plans. The Baroness and Bullseye then go back to the throne room, and von Nightime asks Bullseye if he got hold of the blizzard box, a megaweapon of mass destruction which could freeze the entire globe. Bullseye replies that he didn't get hold of it yet, but then he reveals to The Baroness that they have a new ally, who is no other than the sadistic warlord and the fearsome mercenary for hire Kristoff.

Kristoff requested them for 1 million gold if he hands Caleb to them as a hostage for his act of treachery. However, Nightime disagrees and the two of them become rivals due to the fact she didn't want to spend her money on this scheme.

Battle with Hans and Caleb[]

Bullseye then activates the torturing machine on Caleb, and he successfully keeps Caleb alive after he feels massive pain. He then tells one of his generals to prepare his militants or a massive war against Hans and Arendelle. Hans leads the military force of Arendelle under Anna's instructions into the battleground.

Bullseye comes with his horse and thousands of miltants, which is more than Hans has. Surprisingly enough, he brings the injured yet still strong and supportive brother of the prince, Caleb Westeguard. He lets go of Caleb and lets him run away while he explains to Hans about his plans and his involvement in the death of Hans' mother. He reveals that he did this to start a massive war between Northuldra and The Southern Isles. Bullseye then started shooting arrows at the running Caleb, and eventually he manages to kill him.

Hans is then taken by Bullseye's guards to the chambers in Arendelle, in which Anna and Elsa are also prisoners by now. While Anna is interrogated by von Nightime, Bullseye goes to discuss with Kristoff some power matters. Kristoff manipulates Bullseye by playing with his imperfections of ruling a kingdom or even an empire and he indicates that Bullseye is nothing more than The Baroness' little pawn. Thereafter, Bullseye decides to pledge his allegiance to Kristoff, and the two start working closely with a plan to betray the Baroness von Nightime and get rid of Hans as well.

Bullseye then betrays The Baroness and reveals her that he never planned on conquering Northuldra for her. As a result of the treachery, Nightime redeems herself and promises that she will put an end to his reign of terror.

Downfall[]

Bullseye then goes outside and finds Hans during the mighty battle of the two military forces and he coerces Hans into fighting Kristoff at the arena. The two of them fight to death, and Kristoff eventually smashed Hans with his sword, thus knocking him on the ground. Anna however suprisingly comes to save Hans due to her love for him. The two of them kiss and the bilzzard box deactivates itself due to the act of true love's warmth. After the battle, Hans brutally smashes Bullseye, thus killing the ruthless warmonger.

Trivia[]

  • Bullseye is the first Frozen villain to die on screen, despite being fanmade.
  • Despite the Baroness von Nightime doing most of his dirty work and serving as the direct threat during most of the fanfilm, Bullseye still acts as the true main antagonist due to his influence on the story, as he is also the mastermind behind the plan and he is also The Baroness' boss and mentor.
