Creating the Junkbot Army[]
He used the Junkbots in an attempt to destroy humanity. However on their first attack against a city most of the Junkbots were destroyed, including C13-T5.

After RoboJosh found his arm he decided to use it as a weapon.
Remeeting Junkbot[]
After RoboJosh was captured by Junkbot, he took a look at his arm and realized it was from C13-T5. C13-T5 himself was also in the arm and when Junkbot touched it he transferred himself into Junkbot.
