The CEO is the overarching antagonist of the Jailbreak fan-story I Predict a Riot. He is the corrupt shadow leader behind the city. And the archenemy of Jonathan Willis. And the conspirator behind the Resistance's fall and arrest.
The CEO is the orchestrator behind the justice system and Mayor's corruption. And has taken rule of the city from behind the scenes. Using the technology there and his control over the city to ensure his dominance is felt by all. While keeping his main base hidden. While the mayor and police system act on his will, but also unknowingly take the blame.
Appearance[]
The CEO is a tall middle-aged man standing 6'11" tall with brown hair and a small beard. He wears black sunglasses, as well as a black and gray pinstriped suit with a white shirt and a red tie. On his suit, he wears a crown logo, attuned to his rulership of the city. One of his arms is also mechanical in form. And holds a variety of capabilities hidden in what seems like a prosthetic arm.
Personality[]
The CEO is incredibly egotistical in nature. Being a man who wants to preserve his rulership over the city. And any who find out the truth, or defy his rule, are little more than ants to be crushed. He also is incredibly manipulative. As he can sway others into assisting him and is highly charismatic. However, he also is fearful of those who know his identity. Fearful at that they could overthrow him and undo his work.
Powers & Abilities[]
With his high status, the CEO is incredibly powerful due to his immense level of authority. Controlling the entirety of the city and ensuring nobody goes in or out. Alongside having the entire city council and justice system around his thumb. Thus making him already a powerful figure.
Alongside that, he's very good at hiding. As he ensures to wipe information about his identity and presence. Thus avoiding being tracked. But if push comes to shove, he has many ways to fight back.
His robotic arm is his main way of fighting. As hidden under this prosthetic arm is a highly versatile weapon. With a blaster hidden inside the arm, alongside the arm being capable of extending at great speeds. Alongside base durability.
Alongside his arm, he himself has modified his biology. Using mechanical enhancers , he had advanced beyond basic humans. Allowing him superhuman strength, speed, and durability. Thus even besides his robotic arm, he has deadly ways of fighting.
His deadliest power is Dark Aura. Where he uses the enhancers on his body to set out a pulse of energy. It seems to be an Electric Pulse that also carries force with it. Like a shockwave fused with an EMP.
