He serves himself as the posthumous antagonist in The Offsprings, and the Secondary Antagonist in Deadskullable: The Murder Mystery. In his youth he was someone abusive and selfish that everything he did was for his own benefit was a New York police where his agency and operation were corrupt since he made deals with criminals and the mafia to get money and after a news that was seen about A reward for those who kill the brothers of hell he immediately accepted those terms and team his men in search of these who were fighting in the city, although he had intentions to kill the two demons, he also wanted to assassinate the president of the United States who was at the scene while he was killed by Sonicphantom47 when he desperately tried to escape.

Deadskullable: The Murder Mystery[]
In this version of Holter he is the secondary antagonist of the The Murder Mystery universe. It starts with Deadskullable arriving at a Los Angeles prison facility where he gets introduced with Commisioner and Commander Samuel Fox Ash. They both head inside to find a woman name Susan Wallace introducing herself to them before consulting with Holter in another facility to have gain insight from a new villain in town known as the Puppet-Man. Holter agrees to offer his assistance. During their meetings he provides Deadskullable, Fox, and Susan with clues and taunts rather than real answers, as well as insight into the killer's potential targets and motives, implying he knows the identity of the killer. Deadskullable tells him something before Holter taunts about how he brainwashed someone into taking out their own kidney and sell it somewhere dark and sinister. Ther three leave having enough questions for him.
